What are the accessories in this build? I should be getting my SO later this week and assumed all the accessories came in the main Systainer. Thanks for the video, by the way.
I think if you also ordered the Workstation, a lot of these parts are going to be in that box. The only things in this video that I added were the 1/8" collet (the collet cutout works with any Shaper collet), double-stick tape, and the square box of 0.1mm engraving bits ($10 online). Everything else came with the machine and the fixture. I made space for more bits in my cutout.
I honestly don't remember, but if I was doing it today, I'd start out full throttle and back off if necessary, rather than starting low and ramping up.
Do you mean taking the undersized file and scaling it up on-tool? That would work, but I would have to do an extra test cut to confirm I got the scaling right. I also wanted to correct the file before posting it on Shaper Hub, so it would be ready for anyone else to use without modification.
Glad to hear it worked for you, thanks for the feedback. I try to make sure anything I put up on ShaperHub is tested and as perfect as I can get it. It makes me nervous to think I could make a design mistake and then distribute it worldwide.

What was your spindle speed

Why don‘t you change the size in the Shaper direct?

@@GSinMT worked perfect for me.
Good to hear that. You are the first person to let me know.
@@GSinMT thanks for uploading it to Shaperhub, file is perfect. Took me 40 mins to make it. Much appreciated.
