- Let's talk about the best learner/beginner bikes/motorcycles you can get when you're starting out riding. The bikes on this list are in my opinion the best to start out on, due to them being cheap, easily maintained and easy to ride overall.
I know getting any of these will make your experience a lot fun and hurt your pocket less.

*Side Note*: You can definitely start on a 250, however parts for these bikes aren't cheap and also due to some dealerships (Honda Superior) not importing replacement parts such as fairings, you will be having a hard time getting replacement parts if you drop your bike. 😊
Yo sen me uh app
Are you going to make any videos with instructions on how to change the battery or do basic or advanced mechanical adjustments to the bike any time soon?
About how much for the jamco t
@Phillip Liscombe, Jamco T 200 is priced at 190 for the new version n around $180 for the old version (don't quite remember the exact price for the old version)
No reach age yet but ride bike every day but if mi fi but ma go buy a 200
I owned a zamco 150...loved it! I practiced on the back roads.....then I got confidence and rode from castle Portland to ....almost ochi one day. P.s. and I was a novice rider. I wish someone would consider doing motorcycle vacations in Jamaica. maybe you?
Hmmm, you've made a good suggestion right there. When you say motorcycle vacations, do you mean like group rides around JA or like a motorcycle specific trip for foreigners or yawdies - persons who want to explore the island.
That be cool
Good video once again. I agree with you regarding that yeng yeng bikes being the best to start on out. They are cheap and easy to maintain.
8:11 Good video! I absolutely love the amount of hard work that you put towards your channel. Thumbs up 👍
Ayee.. Bless up! I appreciate you taking the time out to check out this little channel. Thanks man
You’re great at riding (bun up) and it was a very informative video g respect
LOooOL... (you're a real Jamaican to recognize that bun up argument). Thanks alot though.
Replicate was the word you were looking for...Love this video
Riiiight! That's the correct word indeed. Ma Brain must have been moving slow. And nuff respects for watching mon, I appreciate that veery much 👍🏿

Don't rush it man, once you come back to yard the bikes will always be here waiting on you to own em
Yes bro I always wanted to see you do a video like this
I got a jamco 200cc already what I truly would want is a Harley Davidson old school were in jam you think I can get one?
Ayee thanks for for tuning in. Appreciate it
The HD is hard to find here to be honest. More than likely you'll have to import it or find it being sold from someone who imported it. But u ain't gonna find it at a dealership.
OK I understand
Keep it going bro 👊
I Sure will.. Appreciate you watching
Great information man, very informative and spot on.
Appreciate it man. I hope the language dialect wasn't too hard for you to understand.

My dad went to that accord dealer in Kingston
I like this it's different
That's right trying to bring a different view to the Jamaican Bike world. Glad you enjoyed it.
thanks for the tips bro, idk why i am even watching lol im only 15 years old
Age doesn't matter once you find an interest in something, nothing can stop it
Can u do a video to talk about paper work for getting a bike straight on the road ??that is if u didn't do one
Do more review with flatty bikes
Definitely! I've lined up a few bikes to review. In due time
1for me is a bicycle
No problem mon, Keep it that way until you can upgrade.
lol
So what are your views on starting on a Jamco 250-6 series??
You can definitely start on them (they have good power and are easy to ride), good thing is they have parts for their bikes so if the unexpected happens you can replace the parts (as long as you're ready to spend a reasonable amount)
How about a review on a scooter bike for a beginner?
I'll try my best to get one reviewed
Hey bro a 150cc is a good bike
Tell me which cc is the best one ?
Yea, as I said in the video, it's a good bike to start on. Cost affordable and parts are easy to source
I kinda want that knock off kawasaki z1 as my first everyday bike. I wonder if get bigger rims tho
Not a bad choice. I don't think they can manage bigger rims without some form of conversion.
Would you say rear disc vs rear drums make a difference?
Oh yes Definitely! Disc brakes give you more stopping power. You rarely see stunters with drum brakes in the back. Plus what I've seen its easier maintenance to have disc brake in the back
You think they have thicker tires for the zamco’s?
Yea, you can upgrade rear tire one size up (100/90). Due to how the front is set up, going a size up would result in the tire rubbing on the fender.
He's ridding in Lawrence tavern
That's right! Seem like ur from the area
Me live a stony hill
Eeee, mad thing mon. Up top
Where in Jamaica are you located?
Up in The Hills of St. Andrew
Yeng Yeng!!!
hey I purchased a bike and I need riding lessons I realise you live round a mi yard do you do lessons and how much would it be
"Round your yard?" Yea, I do lessons, since you have your own ride just hit me up on social media n we'll discuss further
@@ParadiseBiker aight thanks
I wonder why people don’t import more Japanese bikes. Aren’t they much more reliable? And they are cheap enough to import to Jamaica within the 5 year law
That's a real good question. For the Jamaican market those Japanese bikes which are considered (Cheap) in other countries may be considered (expensive) to most Jamaicans - due to our dollar being weak. I guess that's why they went the Chinese route.
Thanks for subbing as well. Appreciate it!
Paradise Biker you do have a point. But I’m surprised more Japanese scooter and moped s (like the cub) aren’t being imported do to being much cheaper than motorcycles.
Paradise Biker also, don’t them Indians make motorcycles too? Like you can get a 2017 model for less than 1000 usd. And they are about as reliable as Japanese (maybe not, but much more reliable than Chinese bikes)
@@windoak2113 Well I see some variations of those Indian bikes here, like some scooters (semi automatic) but I guess they just give everything to the Chinese for them to replicate at even a cheaper cost.
Most persons here rather a full on motorcycle, scooters are considered (boring and not manly) HA!
Plus Its all about money, they don't know what reliability is < I can attest to that one.
Enjoy keep fast yeng yeng ..... soon Buy $135 yeng yeng yg150cc me I can't wait get work.... Me fb too
Thanks again for viewing friend. Keep the comments coming! Hope you can get that yeng yeng, keep working for it. 👍
What happen to the Suzuki access 125
That's a good bike as well.. But I wanted to keep it strictly manual transmission on this video. I'll do another with the scooters for Sure
nobody nah use suzuki 125 bredda
Mi g if u ago pay down on a new bike how it go like how much a mouth r week and how much money u affi pay b4 u get the bike.
Good question! With most dealerships you work out a plan with them to see how much you can pay each month, week or so. Let's say you gonna pay down (on a 180k bike) depending on your pocket then you can work out a deal to pay like half of that first then every month you pay down little little until you each the 180 - then you can get ur bike (sometimes they may even have sale and u get the bike at a cheaper price. It all depends on the dealership and the arrange you make with them Interms of the pay down process.
So you have to pay down in full to get ur bike. (unless you licencing thru a company they may just allow you to take the bike n pull the payments from ur salary)
When I bought my first bike... Superior said I had to pay atleast 50% then like every 2weeks I went n paid down on it.
Good thing they had a sale, so basically I got the bike for lower than what it actually cost.
Jamco told me that they don't accept down payments anymore but I know the other dealerships will do it.
So like how I work at the juice beef maybe mi can get it b4 mi pay all of it
So if a 180 fi the bike how much u afto pay first
If I buy a secondhand bike how do I change over the paper work into my name? Jackson.
You'd have to visit the tax office with the bike title n pay a motor-vehicle transfer fee (it cost around $1,000 according to the tax admin website). Easy as that.
Lemmi know if you have any further questions
@@ParadiseBiker what if the bike has no title could u get it registered plz answer
@JA 150cc Cobra you'd have to forge a title (get one from a similar bike) otherwise (Back end link thru tax office). I don't know much about this cause I do my stuff the straight way yuh zimmy.
I want a use bike a yeng yeng price range u think a 150cc I'm a beginner
Check out the bike sales groups on facebook . (search google) n you'll see results

These are super ugly, noisy and not female friendly🤣. Wish we had better options for women.
😂... "Not female friendly" I was just gonna ask how are you so sure.
There are some other options: Hyosung, Honda 160's, Yamaha Fz 15 etc
@@ParadiseBiker I don't think they make most models with the female in mind, will check out the ones u recommend tho.
