What I really like is that they didn't make being a clown ridiculous or creepy, they showed being a clown as something worth aspiring to. People forget that the art of Comedy is one of the hardest there is.
Lucefuge and Mammon being the same would be pretty cool, but I can definitely see the influence they gave Mammon’s design and personality in the show.😊
I find it weird how many people dislike Mammon, he is literally one of the demons representing a deadly sin, and i can see why, with the amount of time these beings have had in hell, some of the deadly sins would completely indulge in their sins whilst some would grow beyond it and become less toxic. Also, we haven't seen all of the sins yet. It's possible some of the ones we haven't met yet could be worse than Mammon.
I have a feeling that Leviathan or Belphegor will be worse, like a subtle manipulator type of personality, because Mammon was not subtle.
Wrath sin that Muscle head makes fun how weak they are but Apologize so he do some more.
Vivzie has stated that Satan and Leviathan are pretty close to their more traditional depictions, so that might imply that their personalities are also more sinister. I mean, Gluttony and Lust have been regarded as some of the lesser offensive sins, and that’s pretty much on display with Beelzebub and Asmodeus being a lot less corrupt. The same can’t be said for greed, wrath, and envy.

I like how Mammon is supposed yo be this super scary sin, but he looks so funny, hes just a christmass tree with arm, legs and a face

So a couple things I wanna throw that I noticed in the different rings. Some of the demons also seem to take after inspiration of Dante's Inferno.
Example, Beelzebub. While she does take aspects of the actual demon lord Beelzebub. In the book of Dante's Inferno, the guardian of the Gluttony Ring was Cerberus. Hence her overall canine design with her insect aspects to it.
In the ring of Lust, we can see that it storms quite a bit in it. Which is symbolized of lust's raging desire. This is also depicted in Dante's Inferno.
Mammon's design and his circle is pretty interesting actually. In the book of Dante's Inferno, the Circle of Greed is depicted as having its sinners being entrapped in climbable walls, symbolizing their growing wants. But Mammon having a spider form shows he can climb the walls of his circle. There's also another tidbit that in some legends, spiders weave golden silk to lure greedy people to hell!!
Also lust having constant rain is sorta a pun on how wet lust can be
With how you said it, I'm beginning to concern a bit about Heaven now. If I found people like Emperor Justinian there, I am going to be so mad. Why? Because the reason he is remembered as the Great was because the people who wrote about him as such was on his payroll! In reality, he is the one responsible for destroying Rome and causing the campaign to reclaim the Italian peninsula to be unnecessarily long just because he feared that General Besilarius will usurped him when he heard of the news about the Ostrogoths intended to make him the Western Roman Emperor, thus decreasing a lot of money in the treasury needlessly by replacing him and his troops with the one under command of General Narses. To make the matter worse, he persecuted the peoples who still worshiped the Ancient Egyptian deities and those who are followers of Neoplatonism and even closed down their temples and academies respectively. The point here is that Justinian is not supposed to go to Heaven! He was an awful person! If he did appear in Heaven like in Dante's Inferno, I will not be happy about this. And by that, I mean I will not like how biased and corrupted Heaven is.

However, imagine, if Viz went this route. Potentially, we could see Vergil himself in hell. Like in the book, he acts as a tour guide through out the rings. Maybe even owns his own transportation service. Probably even as a royal blood himself like Stolas. His interactions in HB/HH would be pretty neat too.
Also I think its her Design has inspiration from Japanese and Chinese mythology with powerful Fox demons and shapeshifters.

Mammon is my favorite because he's the only Deadly Sin thus far that actually represents it. I wouldn't put it past him to try scheming his way out of Hell itself, if it means scamming Humanity and angels themselves.
here is an interesting question to think on, even if no one make a video on it. are the other rings so luxurious, with exeption of pride, in spite of the greed ring or because of the greed ring?
In his quest to make as much money from as many individuals as possible, Mammon has made a lot of products really cheap and accessible. Loo Loo land might have been a rip off of Lu Lu world, but hit was closer to most rings and relatively from the worse parts and don't have to worry about any cannibal colonies and minimal gang wars, at least compared to what we know of pride. Also those fizzies are like crazy advanced, capable of almost anything and yet they only cost $69.99. Basically Is Greed's rampant exploitation and resouce exhaustion to make cheap product allowing the other rings to achieve higher standards of living without using their own resources?
So the other rings are sort of our equivalent of first world countries, while greed is a third world sweatshop which is overrun by crime? although I still believe that the nice looking places we see in gluttony and lust are the nicest places in those rings, since those are the hangouts spots of the rings' rulers, it's like if you looked at Beverly hills and thought "wow, all Americans must be rich and have really high quality of life"

Vivziepop's knowledge of hell, demons and old writings is impressive and well researched. The fact that Lucifuge might be what inspired Mammon's design and it wasn't just a random Jester twist for fun! It's actually something out there that exists in old Jewish writing and beliefs! It's Interesting to say the least.

I wonder if Mammon will wanna buy a ring thinking if he has two rings his money gain will double, if he had to pick a ring it would be one above or below greed, Gluttony doesn't seem like a good economy seeing the hellhound orphans and the fact beelzebub doesn't charge her people with her food she generously summons into the air, but the other ring close to greed is Lust and its technology is very advanced and marketable and Mammon did say asmodues would regret revealing his love so maybe he'll go into court (like he did with Lucifer to get his ripoff theme park) saying asmodues is no longer a lustful demon and show he deserve go be lust cause mammon himself has no room for love in his heart him being the first sin king and maybe only sin king not to have a partner who's not a fizz robot

Was lucefuge inspired in some way by Hades. Hades was also gifted everything below the earth and associated with wealth due to his domain of the underworld.
Lucifuge Rofocale, also known as Luxfuge or simply Lucifuge, is only ever described (as far as I am aware of) in the Grand Grimoire, along side Satanachia, Agaliarept, Fleureth, Sargatanas, and Naberius (who is a Marquis in the Ars Goetia). Although he is drawn as a Jester, his job has nothing to do with being a jester. However, it is more than possible that Mammon's and Lucifuge's characters were merged in Helluva Boss, as Lucifuge is described to oversee the treasures of Hell alongside King Mammon of Greed. I have a theory on the seven sins. Each of them have a elemental power. For example, beelzebub has liquid honey type powers, asmodeus has fire powers, as seen teleporting into a fireball. And Mammon has electric powers, as seen electricity appearing when he is teleporting
When we look at the baal/Beelzebub thing i start to think that all this hierarchies get a bit chaotic with all the overlaps.
On one side i would love to see more demons and Lore in the Show, but would it function with all put togehter? 🤔

Maybe it's a theory , but i think mammon puposelly is asutralian and looks like a christmas tree . Maybe it's a metaphor for a austrlian christmas or australian christmas tree ? for some reason . Because he looks exactly like it and people before he was fully shown in the newest episode people critizcized his design for this , but maybe this was intentional ? if so that's clever real clever .
I think he is an analogy to Disney coz it has big investments there. And Christmast tree? It is a dead tree. So we celebrate killing live. And Christmast time brings the biggest profit to companies. So yeah it is celebration of greed in a way. So very accurate design. Mammon seems like manipulative person that hates confrontation. Plus there have been way darker versions of hell like the one presented in The Final Divorce by C.😊 S Lewis

If Mammon is eliminated by Lucifer himself or with the help of the other Sins. Lucefage seems like the perfect replacement. A more obscure yet responsible demon capable of managing all that wealth and less insane predatory methods that cause so many problems. The purest greed under strategic and smart guidance
