Sir apke thermo and ktg ke notes mai toh mean free path directly proportional to T diya hai aur mean free time √T ... But in question 10 u r using it different...
sir i have a confusion on q.10&11..in those questions ,mean time inversely proportional to root temp. But in the revision class sir explains that mean time directly proportional root temp and inversely proportional to pressure.......!!!🙂
Completed Sir 💯 feeling pretty much confident for KTG and THERMO All because of you sir :) PS: an hour ago i watched a video of you singing on your bhaiyas engagement and i got surprised by how good you are singer as well. We are so proud to be your student sir Tysm 4 everything ❤❤
Not only for Jee mains and advance..but your lectures are great for Neet too..Thank you sir..I am a dropper again preparing for NEET 2023..your explanation is making my concepts crystal clear..Hope I get to my dream.. Lots of love from Durgapur.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@amarjithazra8861 You are a neet aspirant, the concepts which you need for jee adv and the stratergy needed for it is extremely different in comparison to NEET. but the questions of JEE adv are extremely different and much more difficult then NEET questions. please don't take this the wrong way, i know NEET is extremely difficult, even more difficult then JEE in my opinion but it is still plenty different from adv
At 23:18 sir you have written mean free time inversely proportionally to root T but sir in short notes you have written that mean free path is directly proportional to T and Vavg directly proportional to root T . uss hisaab se example mein aapne mean free time directly proportional to root T likha hai . please clear my doubt sir.
arre bhai formulae mein T ke saath saath P bhi hai ... T jaise jaise change karta hai P bhi vese vese change karta hai to nullify its effects ... thus overall we can say that lambda DOES NOT depend on temperature
19:16 sir in this question why a) option is incorrect mean free path is directly proportional to temperature average velocity is directly proportional to root T then the answer should be root T
sir in 3rd ques at 4:41 i used this formula for gamma mixture ie Cp of mixture /Cv of mixture and got answer as 22/15 ie 1.47 is this formula wrong sir?? my previous coaching faculty had made us write this formula
Thank you so much sir i have solved all ktg and thermodynamics questions of 2024,22,and 20 and now I'm feeling confident from tomorrow onwards I will start solving challenges ❤ Happy new year sir ❤❤

Normal dependence agar check krna ho i.e T and P nahi change kar rha toh normally lambda/ V avg karke it gonna come inversely prop to it. *BUT* jab t and p change ho toh dependence change hoti then we gonna say it is directly prop. Hope this help!

2020 pyq of thermo and ktg are tough asf. Here are my learnings or the things which I revised.
fmix=n1f1 + n2f2/n1 + n2
cv = fr/2
gamma = 1 + 2/f
f mono = 3
f dia = 5
f poly =6
vibrational add 2
Sudden change is considered as adiabatic process
Energy can be equated in terms of final and initial if some gas is added to the previous gas in a container and the final equilibrium temperature is asked.
above gives a formula Tmix = n1f1t1 + n2f2t2/ n1f1 + n2f2
Minimum possible work is done by Carnot cycle. Minimum possible work can also be said as Highest efficiency which is achieved in Carnot cycle.
Kinetic Energy = 3/2KT where k is BOLTZMAN CONSTANT
Vrms = root(3rt/m) Vav = root(8rt/piem) Vmp= root(2rt/m)
dq = du +dw
dq has two formulas which are helpful
1. dq = ncvdt when constant volume cv = fr/2
2. dq = cpdt when constant pressure cp - cv = r mayers relation
work in adiabatic process = nrdeltaT/1-gamma
Carnot Engine efficiency = W/Qin. Qin means Heat given or positive heat. W = Q1 - Q2 where Q1 is the heat of source (high temp) and Q2 is the heat of sink (lower temp). Efficiency also written as 1- Q2/Q1 = 1 - T2/T1
Refrigerator efficiency = Qin/W W = Q2-Q1 where Q2 is higher here (sink) and Q1 is lower here (source). Refrigerator is basically the opposite thing of Carnot Engine
In Refrigerator we do work on it to keep things cool and in engine work is done by engine.
Thank you so much brother 🙏😭

19:11 Sir if we consider the mean free path formula (lambda=KT/root2.pi.d^2.P) then the mean free time comes out to be [K(TM)^1/2] / 4.d^2.P.(pi.R)^1/2 so according to this mean free time is directly proportional to T^1/2.....I'm confused in this, how will we choose which relation to follow?? 👀
The formula that you're referring to contains Pressure. However, Pressure isn't given to be constant in the question. Always make a relation only when other quantities are constant.

Sir but mean free path does depend on temperature since we can right the formula as lambda=RT/√2πd²PNa, so why is that not considered here?
Same question?
arre bhai formulae mein T ke saath saath P bhi hai ... T jaise jaise change karta hai P bhi vese vese change karta hai to nullify its effects ... thus overall we can say that lambda DOES NOT depend on temperature
for example we have V=IR formula but we obviously know that V does not depend on I
19:16
sir in this question why a) option is incorrect mean free path is directly proportional to temperature average velocity is directly proportional to root T then the answer should be root T

Normal dependence agar check krna ho i.e T and P nahi change kar rha toh normally lambda/ V avg karke it gonna come inversely prop to it. *BUT* jab t and p change ho toh dependence change hoti then we gonna say it is directly prop.
