Hluhluwe iMfolozi National Park: best elephant sighting EVER | oldest game park 🇿🇦 | Expedition Wild

On our trip through Kwazulu Natal on the Expedition Wild we finally visited the oldest National park of South Africa: Hluhluwe iMfolozi National Park. To be precise, the iMfolozi section which we visit in this video, is the oldest game reserve of ZA. And it blew us away!!!! Despite being rainy season and having super thick forests (so animals are difficult to spot in thebushes) we never saw such a high denisty of wildlife. We had our best elephant sighting ever - and not only ones, but twice within 1 hour! It was AMAZING! We had a blast. So enjoy a game drive through the oldest national park with loads of animals.

Been to this game park twice. The Hiltop viewing centre and other tourist facilities is magnificent. What I noticed was that entering from the south before the Hiltop is where the elephants are, after the Hiltop is where the rhinoceros are. KZN is so green, I really miss that since moving to the Western Cape.

@@janlunenborg7505 we would choose Mpila. It is more rustic and raw. Hilltop is really fancy. Or stay 1 night there, the other night in the other one. Thats best 😀
