    As a long time Kruger visitor I found your tips Spot On! Great set of tips for first time visitors. If you haven’t been yet I would suggest adding Talamati and Biyamiti Bush camps to your list……they are our favorites.

    I loved your video even as a regular visitor. I agree with the other reaction. Do not advert or use Numbi gate,its not safe.

    hello, thank you, helps me a lot. I have a question: why choose to sleep at the border inside the park such as malelane satellite camp when you are so close to a gate? is it difficult to drive in and out of the park? I can imagine if you are in the middle of the park that driving back and forth to a gate is time consuming and not interesting. how many nights did you stay at 1 camp on average? It is not advisable to stay in a different camp every night? What could be better: organized morning or evening or night excursions?

    • @HolamundoCH
      @HolamundoCH  12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      It depends on the season where to sleep. Generally speaking, sleeping inside the park is for us always a better option because the wild feeling is better, you can spot animals at the fence, you have a better feel of nature. But, quality is lower and it is pretty costly. But in high season, sleeping inside the park has another advantag. Often, the park is closed after a certain number of day visitors. But, if you have accomodation in the park, you are already in. So no danger of not being able to get in. As you can see in our videos, when we slept outside during ZA school holiday, we were at the gate a 4.30 am to wait till it opened at 6 - just to not run the risk to be left outside.
      We advise to at least spend 2 nights in the same camp. It always takes a while to figure out wher ethe animals are. So staying 2 nights gives you more chances to see them at the right place.
      Excursions: we prefere morning bush walks and evening game drives!

    Very useful video! But what's the price for a sunset safari or a morning walk, considering the access with a Wildcard and with accommodation outside of the park. Thank you! 😊

      That pretty much depends where you book it (national park, lodge). It can be around 30 USD per person or much more.

    A great video! Especially for people coming to Kruger for the first time. But...I realy want to say something. I've seen you saying (also in other video's) to use Numbi Gate. Don't you not know that it's not safe there? Tourists have been robbed (or worse) there. Not so long ago there was a armed robbery. At every Facebook page you will read not to use that gate. I don't know if you will do anything with this information but realy wanted to share this with you. 😊. I realy loved all you're other video's about Kruger to!. Greetings from Holland and a big Kruger lover!

      Thanks for the info. We had no issues at the Numbi Gate and also talked to other people who were fine. But good for sharing, so if others are scared they should better use another gate. Over all, we observed pokice around all the gates. We always felt safe.
