Sir, do you know how to use mixed mode to stimulate circuits with devices derived from atlas? I have some trouble with that. Could you give me some advice?
@WhiteMike-fq9yw Do you mean to use TCAD Senaturus to run a device from Altas? I do not know. This is probably very difficult even if it works. It will be better to build a new device using TCAD Sentaurus. This is because even if it works, you need to change the names of the fields (e.g. they might not name ActiveBoronConcentration in the same way).
@@WhiteMike-fq9yw I do not know other tools. But I believe they can do mixed mode also. I suggest you contact the support team of that company. Thanks!
Sir I tried to simulate those examples to my devices but I want to simulate simulate simple Nand gate there are using some sprocesa coding sir if possible can you please help me?
Thanks sir
@bvrao3323 Thanks for watching.
I keep getting the error "child killed: kill signal" when I try to run the sdevice. How can I fix this?

@@quantum_computing No, I mean using Atlas to stimulate devices, and these devices can be used in circuits using mixed mode.

Sir if possible please give any suggestion to create nand or any gate i have simulated but result didnt get
@mounikaduvvari519 I do not have such examples. However, in the installation directory, you can find many NAND examples under Applications_Library.

@@mounikaduvvari519 I would suggest you contact Synopsys support to see if they have examples to share. Unfortunately, I do not have. Thanks!
