Love the video mate! Great to see someone from across the ditch working on cool projects. If you are ever in Melbourne you should do a day in Warburton it would give you and your camera a field day. I know my G85 loves it there.

how does the screws,screws on if it has no screw grooves? for example the hdmi cable clamp

The top handle can be found by searching either printables or grabcad. The cage isn't a very good design, so it wouldn't be worth sharing until it gets revised. However, searching, thingiverse, printables, thangs, cults, grabcad, etc for models for your setup should work.
