My Night Time Routine: 1. Make sure all my stuff is ready for tomorrow. Laptop charged and notebook, folder, and textbooks I need for classes that next day. 2. Take my contacts out 3. Brush my teeth 4. Wash my face 5. Eye cream and moisturizer 6. Get comfortable 7. Lay down 8. Use my phone and scroll through messages, email, social media quickly. 9. If I’m still not tired. Watch an episode of the show I’m currently watching at the time. 10. Set my alarm and go to bed

been watching a lot of night routine movies cus i did a really nice routine the other night and i think it helped so i just wanna see what else other people are up to. cus of my emotional instability i felt i can only fall asleep if i have noise because if i dont my brain will go to bad places and i wont fall asleep. the other night the movie underworld blood wars really relaxed me i just love the vibe and asthetic of it all. i usually keep my tv on like all the time when im at home but i really wanted to enjoy the movie so i turned it off while watching it on my pc. after that i just felt really relaxed and focused so i left the tv off and when i went to bed i didnt even turn on my phone (excepttomasterbatebutthatdoesntcount) i just fell asleep.

I always have to shower before bed these days. A nice warm shower always helps me go to sleep fast also, I feel fresh the next morning and I definitely won't be feeling gross before my morning jog.
My nightly routine consist of: A good 12 oz of water, maybe a small healthy snack My tiege Hanley nightly routine Styling my hair without any product Turning my phone face down on the lowest brightness and leaving it alone till the morning Set my alarm Going to my room lighting my candle Shutting off the lights Doing my nightly stretches (not rushing through them) Than I turn both of my box fans on and go to bed till my mind stops racing.
