Mujhe ACS560 drive ko PID and manual both mode me chalana hai.Maine 'ABB Standard Macro ' select kiya hai.One selector sw for selection of EXT1/EXT2.In EXT1 drive start from start pushbutton and stop from stop pushbutton.Frequency ref is from Potentiometer.Now in EXT2 ,i am selecting PIDSET1 ,Parameter 40.can i use same pot for setpoint in EXT2.Pot is connected to AI1 for process feedback i am selecting AI2.Ek aur clear karna hai.hamara pressure transmitter range (0 to 10 bar hai at 4 to 20 ma ) to scaling vfd me kitna set karen. target pressure set point 2.5 bar .
Bhai ak manual leke sare fanda ak mehi clar kardo jisse idia aa jave 1h 2h 3h jitnebhi time ka hoga vidio with out skipp karke pura dekhung and like bhi karunga👍

Sorry muje boiler ka pura working malum nahi he..Isliye me apko nahi bata paunga...Magar me apko vfd ko programm karva sakta hu apke function ke hisab se..

Hi, I have a question that if error value is minus that of set value then vfd will run in reverse or Will not start. In my case vfd speed is increasing after start command and unbalancing the system. How to solve the issue in ALTIVER 320 drive?

Sir, we are installing a new drive in PID control mode & analog input is coming from potentiometer 0-10 V dc. When potentiometer is moving then frequency increasing also but potentiometer release means not moving still VFD frequency increased at maximum frequency. Sir, what is the problem what should we do to resolve the problem.

Apko jis drive mese AFM as Output terminal use karna he usme apko AFM Terminal ko Output frequency ke liye programm karna padega.. Badme is drive mese AFM and GND ko another VFD ki AVI and Gnd Ke terminal me dena he usase apki dono VFD Synchronize ho jayegi.. Thanx

Try to reduce intergral term if you set in vfd.
Sir where should I connect the pid sensor terminals? on digital input or analog input?
