i've watched a lot of videos of China and one thing I appreciate as an American...the cities are SO quiet. It's so peaceful compared to an American city which is just noise all the time. Everything just seems very appropriate and respectful. There are moments where there's music or an atmosphere but it's all very natural.
Ugh.. I'd say it only feels like this in the video. The Chinese generally are louder speakers and also many streets will have vendors who don't think of noise polution and wouldn't hesitate to use huge loudspeakers to advertise their products and attract more customers. Also, don't forget about endless car traffic, although it can be really quite in cities like Shenzhen, where many vehicles are electric. So, to my own perception, Chinese cities are really loud :) Btw, I lived in Foshan for 2 years before covid. Love the city and thanks to the author for nostalgia!!

Foshan is such a beautiful,vibrant and a lively city❤️.A huge lake right in the middle of the city creates a very ambient atmosphere.The shopping area was beautifully decorated and the night market was bustling with people.The temple is beautiful and I enjoyed watching the dragon dance.I wish the dragon dance was a bit longer.The performers were very talented and must have worked hard to perform the dragon dance.

I think that you are referring to Guangdong province where the Pearl River Delta cities are. Guangzhou is the biggest city in Guangdong which has the biggest economy of all the provinces in China. I hope that Max will continue to film all those different cities in that exciting, prosperous and ever changing area.

Great video as usual. Just out of curiosity, which camera do you use to film all your 4k HDR videos? They look stunningly clear with great specular highlights, especially at night.
The soft lantern lighting spot on it hard to pick my favorite i guess if i remember the lanterns and plants trees my artist mind or gardening i would not get lost actually its my way of navigating remembering a tree or a beautiful garden thats why i never give directions turn right by the star magnolia then pass the old tree 🤣👍🏻 also the designer to include a slide for kids fantastic creativity bring children joy 👏
