Absolutely the best robo cleaner reviewer, concise wording, straight to the point, and no unnecessary video footage without purposes. I am addicted to your videos lol!
Very clear and helpful videos. No screaming (which seems like something everybody does nowadays) and very calm voice telling you the things YOU want to know, not what the company or reviewer wants you to know. Highly appreciated. Very unusual in this day and age.
I was surfing internet and you just released what i was looking for. Your channel is awesome and i wish you get 1 Million subscribers soon as the quality of reviews uploaded by you is extremely professional, Unbiased and helpful. thank you
when i saw it was 6 min i was like oh no Jamie went the Vacuum wars route. I must say im relieved i was wrong, it was super packed with concise data, simple, easy and most importantly real world tests comparison data. Awesome video
When using the chart, it is a good idea to cross out what you don't need. This drastically helps you shave down the models to compare for your final decision. Great video.
I wanted to get the curv but unfortunately it is not available currently in the UK. The qrevo master was discounted singifcinatly on amazon this black friday so I ended up biting the bullet. I'm happy with it so far! Thank you for the video.
I wish you would test the vacuums with different suction levels on carpet and hard floors. It’s tough to know what suction level to put my Roborock curve vacuum on for day-to-day pick up. I feel a ton of people could benefit from this data. PLEASE!
Thanks for the suggestion. For hard floor pickup it is recommended to use balanced for daily cleanings. If cleaning carpet turn on carpet boost. My tests are designed to test the peak performace of the vacuums so viewers can see the exact performance difference between models.
I only have hardwood floors with a very heavy shedding Shepherd. My Roomba i3 is constantly clogged / tangled with dog hair. Should I get a Qrevo? Or S8 or Q5?
Can you do a comparison between the different brushes? I read the silicone brush doesn't pick up hair very well and people having better results with the brush of the Q5.
The bristle brushes will be better for hair pickup on carpet with the main drawback being that hair gets wrapped around the roller much easier. It is also not compatible with many Qrevo models. The best bet it get the Qrevo Curv or Edge which has the antitangle bristle brush roller.
Hi Jamie, Thank for the review. I was considering the new L10s ultra Gen 2 model that recently released in Europe. I am not sure if it is also in America. Any thoughts on it? To me it seems like a perfect budget choice compared to the L40 ultra minus some stuff like swing out side brush, heated water and probably some other stuff. Any thoughts on this?
They should extend under a couch as long as it is not too close to the ground. The mops extend all around furniture and the edges of your room. Not just corners.
Qrevo master or dreame x40? Both are close to the same price currently. It seems like the dreame has better object avoidance but the roborock has the better app and support. Are they about equal in hard floor and carpet vacuum performance?
Jamie roborock doesn't leave the mop pads on the station when vacuuming? I just bought the slim version and first tested mopping then vacuum and it came with the mops didn't wet the floor but still.
Get the Slim if you would benefit. It is a great robot. The X40 has better object avoidance and a few other features. I have a full review on my channel.
Their product range is absolutely impossible to understand.. without your videos, I wouldn't even bother buying one.. they really need to sort out their product lineup. More is not better
@@jamie.andrews can confirm this is an issue with my new Master, it's otherwise nearly perfect... Any inside scoop on if they'll increase the dustbin size on a future model?
QX Revo at Costco for $500 or the Eufy X10 pro Omni for $550... It's what I narrowed my choices down to. Anybody with experience between the two to help my final decision??? Lol
I recently received the Q Revo Plus from my daughters. I have 3 dogs, Border Collies, long hair. I think the Q Revo Plus is a huge waste of money. It does fine with the vacuum, though if not done daily, the hair does get jammed up in the machine, so daily cleaning is necessary. However, it does a horrible job at mopping. I does not remember the settings for heavy water and even when I reset it just before use, it smears the dirt and leaves a center stripe of dry floor behind and requires me to manually mop the floor anyway. All of this and the app is certainly not user friendly in my opinion. It has been a very frustrating experience and since it's on my phone, hard to read and navigate. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I was struggling for several hours studying these different models. I wished I found your video earlier and saved those hours.

Glad you enjoyed it and it lived up to expectations!
This cleared up all of the confusion after studying all afternoon. Thank you. I went with the pro.
Glad it helped!

Very true!

All the models can sure be confusing but the Q Series is a good value
Agree
Thanks for this! Your videos are better than vacuumwars.
Wow, thanks!

This is an awesome review perfect for black Friday!

You bet! Thanks for the support!
Just went for the master, cheers for the vid bud 😊
Enjoy it
Thank you. Finally I understand the q revo models 🙏
Glad it helped
GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS!!!!!!!!
Thanks again!
Hey man looked through your channel and wondered if you still had the gx and if ever removed the head liner?
Yea I have it and no never removed it.

Thank you 😁
Do you think the qrevo slim is better at avoiding objects left on the floor than the Curv?
Yes slightly
Hi Jamie, Thank for the review. I was considering the new L10s ultra Gen 2 model that recently released in Europe. I am not sure if it is also in America. Any thoughts on it? To me it seems like a perfect budget choice compared to the L40 ultra minus some stuff like swing out side brush, heated water and probably some other stuff. Any thoughts on this?
I'm am aware but have not tested it. How about the X30 Ultra? I have tested it and it is more close in comparison to the X40.
The models that have expendable mops, do the mops extend under couches or is it just for corners
In my testing the X40 cleans a bit better, but it is close. As for the app and support I believe you are spot on.
Can you share your thoughts on Dreame L10s pro ultra? There is a deal and I can get it for $550 or should I go for L20 which is $600?
I have not tested the L10s Pro Ultra yet. Either should be fine, but the Pro is a bit newer.
Hi. What would you prefer roborock qrevo pro or ecovacs t30 pro omni? The same price. Thx!
QRevo Pro
Jamie roborock doesn't leave the mop pads on the station when vacuuming?
I just bought the slim version and first tested mopping then vacuum and it came with the mops didn't wet the floor but still.
No to my knowledge only Dreame has the option to leave to mop pads behind at the dock.
that's a gimmick from Dreame only
Well that's sad then :/
@@xico6814 nope
Do you recommend the Qrevo slim or dreame x40 ultra? i would benefit from the slim design.
Get the Slim if you would benefit. It is a great robot. The X40 has better object avoidance and a few other features. I have a full review on my channel.
@ thanks! i think i’ll get the slim. i have a couch with just 3 1/4 inch clearance, so i think the slim will reach under.
Can someone please help me decide between qrevo and S8 besides price?
th-cam.com/video/ahlg5MTCReE/w-d-xo.html
Thank you. I ordered S8 and Qrevo. I’m confused between the two. No kids and no pets. Two floors house.
Their product range is absolutely impossible to understand.. without your videos, I wouldn't even bother buying one.. they really need to sort out their product lineup. More is not better
Suggest which is best
The best Qrevo model is the Curv or Edge.
How high can non curv models climb?
About 21mm
I have the Roborock curv. The highest edge in my house from one room to another is 26mm, no problem for the curv
@@jamie.andrews damn. My doors have 25 mm
@@Markus-jr6kv Go with the Curv or Edge
A smaller internal dustbin is'nt a problem in real situations. When cleaning the room often, the dust doesn't build up that much.
It isn't for everyone but for people that have pets it is a real issue.
@@jamie.andrews can confirm this is an issue with my new Master, it's otherwise nearly perfect... Any inside scoop on if they'll increase the dustbin size on a future model?
Do you believe the Roborock Qrevo MaxV is worth it at $850?
Sure. As long as it fits someone's budget.
QX Revo at Costco for $500 or the Eufy X10 pro Omni for $550... It's what I narrowed my choices down to. Anybody with experience between the two to help my final decision??? Lol
Eufy if object avoidance is a priority over top notch cleaning ability otherwise QX Revo.
