I think that is the problem there are precious few Londoners left in London now, I moved out of London in the late 90's When Bliar took over it was getting bad then, But when Cameron got into No 10 in 2010, that was the last straw for me, I left the UK and will never go back.

Laws are not followed where the vote counters are the controlling entity unless the citizens have excellent poll watchers and the laws against stealing votes are painful.
