    That was exactly how I felt when I was watching Jaykrishnamurti..it was very very tough to grasp what he meant. Still I can barely understand 40% of what he says. Master Francis’s clarity is beyond comparison to anyone. Thank you so much for your valuable teachings. Until I found Rupert and you I only had the teachings of masters who passed away but to have you as a living god is my greatest achievement. One day I will meet you. Thanks again.

    That first guy was obviously very confused. It seems to me he is trying very hard to wrap his mind around the concepts that you normally present. His foremost issue seemed to be reconciling what he has been conditioned to believe about the body with the experiential understand that you present. I wonder if it would have been helpful to simply direct him to see the body is an appearance to whatever is witnessing. I think that would have cleared up his restlessness a bit, but I might be wrong.
    Also, I know that in a group setting it probably isn't appropriate to hold a conversation with one person for too long, but this one seemed to end rather abruptly. I would have liked to see him understand a bit more.
    Just so that this comment isn't entirely criticism, I would like to say thank you for your work. I recently finished the Perfume of Silence, and it was wonderfully clear as well as helpful.

      You are right and also wrong at the same time. There is nothing wrong with the young man being there with different aged people it is because god has made a call. Seeking for the truth (Satsang) is the only place where God doesn’t discriminate age, sex, race etc. Do not mix up my word discrimination with racism. The great Indian sage Ramana Maharshi had a spontaneous realization at the age of 16. We are listening about the truth that is timeless, ageless and dimensionless. The audience enjoyed the answers of his long list of questions as much as he did. In fact if you pay attention a lot other questions we’re simultaneously answered. The mater wasn’t annoyed even a bit. I am very happy for him. The goal is not to have questions. Thank you.

    • @Nocomment1
      @Nocomment1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not you that moves the body. You just claim what the body is doing as actions performed by you. If the body became paralyzed, you wouldn't be able to move it either just like the tree.

    • @tamy815
      @tamy815 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Nocomment1 If I was paralyzed, I would still feel that I see the world from "my eyes" localized in my head. Also even if I claim that I do the actions, who cares? If someone will cut your hand, you will shout and feel that some part from your localized view is disconnected and you will feel it. You won't claim that "this is not me and I am just claiming that this me"! Claiming that I am not in my localized body is just an hypothesis/philosophy.

    "I am conscious" is a falsity. The concept of "I" separate from objects is itself a concept. Yes, you need to understand who it is that is conscious when you get asked the question 'Are you conscious?'. It's not self-evident. The answer to who is conscious, is that there is no such thing as an actor entity (subject) opposed to the acted entity (object). They are **gasp** one!
