    Amazing workout ❤ Even though we're not jumping around and doing crazy movements, I am definitely 😅 sweating and I got my heart rate up during the workout.     This may be my fav core workout from Svelt. Didn't hurt my pain spots and worked the muscles. I add some light weights in my arms and phewwwww
