I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, and trying to decide what birth control to use, as I’m not looking to conceive currently, but want to plan & get a head start on dealing with my PCOS for my future of eventually wanting to conceive. What are you thoughts on birth control with ladies with PCOS?
I got suggested the Non hormonal coil by doctors. I’m still hesitant, if this could be explored or if anyone has suggestions from personal experiences please share🙈
Read somewhere that inositol could reduce testetrone too much so women who have mild pcos may have issues with egg quality if they take it cause testosterone is important for fertility, any thoughts on this?

Is the inositol better than myo inositol with d Chiron better?
Can you kindly talk about periods that don’t stop in pcos? Mine’s been a month. Tranexamic acid didn’t help.
Stop tomatoes and anything tomato based. Start sucking lemons, including the rinds. It 100% works.
