Can you please do a review on the Tempdrop device and your thoughts for PCOS? I’m hearing women with PCOS are using it and claims it works. Thanks!

Hello, is it possible to get pregnant with PCOS?
I ask because I’ve been referred to go see an Endocrinologist because I have high testosterone levels (currently at 108) and my glucose levels are low (currently at 63). I do not know if I have PCOS, but am just wondering if it’s possible to get pregnant if I do have it or any other kind of Endocrine disease/disorder. Thank you.

Did that additional rise on CD26 clue you in? Or was that normal for you?

How long were your cycles? How many days was your cycle in this chart. My current cycles are 33 days.

Hey, Tarryn! I was just wondering about the supplement thing... Out of all of those that you were taking whilst trying to conceive, which ones did you continue using? Also, weren't you worried about low progesterone because of PCOS and how did you manage that? Thanks! :)

Hi Rosi! I was worried about low progesterone but I focused on eating really well and continuing with my supplements. You could be monitored by your doc in early pregnancy and ask them to keep an eye on your progesterone levels. I also took Ovasitol, Omega 3 and Vitamin D throughout my pregnancy but if you are unsure of anything, do speak to your doc!

@@Pcosdietsupport thanks so much for replying! Isn't inositol not recommended during pregnancy? The brand I'm using doesn't recommend to continue using it after getting pregnant. :/

Hi Rihanna, I am sorry to hear that you're having a hard time! Omega 3, Magnesium and Zinc are helpful for PCOS as well as inositol. Have you been to see your doctor and have they made any recommendations for you?

@@Pcosdietsupport thank you for replying , yes i have been to my doctor and he put me on utovlan for 2 weeks then in the contraceptive pill.He also told me to exercise a lot but nothing more.I actually have been to different doctors each prescribing me the same things. So i decided to do my own research and find out about supplements i could take to help me with my excessive bleeding amd other ways (lifestyle) i could use to put my pcos into remission. Also i heard that the pill only "masks" the symptoms rather than solve these issues so i got off it .

I always have residual blood in my CM all month. Do you think that would affect the sperm?

I think maybe I’m charting wrong, I’m using the same myfertility friend also in Celsius, but my temperature has never been below 36.10 and from you chart those are your after ovulation temps. Mine are before😔

Do you think it is still worth charting while on Femara medicated cycles?
