Pirandai thuvayal (பிரண்டை துவையல்)
Gingley oil(நல்லெண்ணெய்) - 6 tsp
Red chilli(மிளகாய்) - 7 nos
Bengal gram dal(கடலை பருப்பு) - 3 tsp
Shallots(சிறிய வெங்காயம் ) - 12 nos
Garlic(பூண்டு) - 8 cloves
Ginger(இஞ்சி) - 1 small stick
Curry leaves(கறிவேப்பிலை) - 12 nos
Pirandai(பிரண்டை) - 100 gms
Salt(உப்பு) - to taste
Tamarind(புளி) - 4 gms
Coconut(தேங்காய்) - 3 tsp
For Tempering(தாளிப்பு)
Mustard (கடுகு) - 1/4 tsp
Urd dal (உளுந்து) - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை) - 4 nos
Green chilli(பச்சை மிளகாய்) - 1 nos

Great show. Normally this does not seem a favourite vegetable, but as you said this has got a lot of potential high fibre and antioxidants. That's the eye opener and your presentation is so very encouraging that people will definitely try this including me. But unfortunately this is not available where I live. I have seen and heard about this veg. but to be frank I am yet to taste this veg. I shall try this dish the moment I sight this in our market. I know it is grown locally in south and have seen this vegetable.
