    Hi Manny, I just made the sea moss gel for your zucchini bread I'm about to make. I can't express enough how much the quality of your recipes have made a difference in me loving my alkaline diet. Can't wait for your recipes book. BTW, everyone loved the fried oyster mushrooms for Thanksgiving. Believe me, my family and others know about Grubanny!

      Bonnie! You're getting me emotional over here lol. Thank you so much for the feedback. I'm so happy I could be of help to you and the alkaline community.
      Nothing makes me happier than seeing subscribers improvise. I missed my Thanksgiving recipes due to technical issues, but you still made it happen for your family 🦸🏿‍♀️ I appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you so much for spreading the word and helping Grubanny grow 🙏🏿

      Oh, I forgot to add. I'm working on better bread recipes. Spelt flour just doesn't work well for breads. Hang in there.

    Hi Manny. Just found your channel and I love it! So clear and to the point, and the quality of your vids is superb! 😍 Just wanted to ask you what blender do your have please, and would you recommend it? I was thinking of getting a Nutribullet, but to be honest I don’t really know how powerful they are, so any input form you would be much appreciated. Thank you. Just about to subscribe. 😉

      Thank you! I use a Ninja Intellisense CT680SS. It's long been discontinued, but you can find a newer version on Amazon. It's a very powerful and smart blender. I have absolutely no complaints. I also have a nutribullet which I use to make flours, soups, and large batches of spices.

    Hello!!! I would like to ask spring water is from water sources that we find in the supermarket or something of makeup thing????

    • @Grubanny
      @Grubanny  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi, natural spring water comes from under the ground. Yes, It can be bottled and sold in supermarkets. It's usually much more expensive than regular water. Natural spring water is mostly alkaline in naure. It's a real thing and not a gimmick... though fake ones do exist.
