The reason so many old buildings usually don't exist is because they got demolished housing and small shops in the 50s, 60s and 70s so you could have all your highways in the inner city and live in the suburbs where it is next to impossible to get around be foot or public transportation. The rust belt was particularly hit hard by this Don't know the exact details in Seattle.

Great video as always. The beads are usually just called Perler (one of the brands that's very popular) or fusing beads, kinda like Bandaids or adhesive bandages. They're a ton of fun & a great simple hobby for watching TH-cam, movies, TV.
I grew up in CT, and ive gone to Retroworld years ago when it was a lot smaller. Dont live there anymore, but its great to see that convention still goin and getting bigger
Heya! I'm Jack from Geek Mythology Crafts! Thanks so much for coming to the table and giving Shantea a good home. Was a pleasure meeting you and I'm gonna be a regular watcher now, just like I said ;-). Also they are called Perler Beads, based off the Perler company that is the leading brand of the beads. Also they get called Bead Sprites
Awesome! Thank you! You'll see the Shantae hanging on the wall in my upcoming Game Room Tour video
@J B, nice work on the bead craft pixel art. Anyway, do you do pixel art on the computer? I am making a new kind of card game and I could use the skills of an artist. May you be so kind as to offer your skills for me, please? If my card game idea is successful, not only would I give you royalties, but also stocks, on the company, should it ever become successful enough to go public. Thank you.
@@paxhumana2015 my wife is the one who designs them and we currently are not accepting any offers of that size and type. Thank you for the offer and consideration
Jason, I’m glad to see you love the east coast! The area is beautiful in the fall season. Too bad you didn’t stay another week, we’re going to see Overkill and Demolition Hammer tomorrow night in their return home show in NJ!🤘🏻
Knowing that I live not even 20 minutes from Hartford it’s really cool seeing so many familiar areas of the city in this video
another awesome video mj! i really love getting to virtually tag along on these mini vacations with you. until next time, my friend.
Awesome video. Always looking forward to it. Looks like you had a blast at the expo.
Really nice expo. Reminds me a lot of Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee. You should check it out sometime.
I'm hoping to take a trip to Seattle with my family in the new year. I want to hit the retro game shops and pink gorilla games as well
I really enjoy the gaming convention videos. So glad they’re back!
Fun video! The vlog / game hunting content is always my favorite.
Seeing how many people met you in the convention and then dropping a comment here to say hi speaks volumes about how awesome the retro gaming community is.
It was great meeting you man! You were wicked awesome to talk with! I was the one wearing the Annihilator shirt that came with my wife:)
@metaljesusrocks were you able to sample any good restaurants while you were out here ?
Wow man thank you for this! It is amazing! I grew up on the east coast in Maryland, lived in WA for a short time and even worked for Nintendo, Though I will always be a Sega fan
Really nice video-especially getting to see some of Connecticut. I also really like touring the areas I visit before heading to different regions that game conventions happen in.
Oh shoot, I make an appearance at 9:16 mark in the background, I'm a celeb!! 🤣🤣
Oh man. I wish I knew you were going to be there. I'm in Massachusetts and would have loved the opportunity to meet you in person and give you some suggestions of things to check out while here. I'm glad you had a great time!
Glad you got tag force 4. Tag force 5 was quietly released here but tag force 3 was an overseas exclusive which was sad because it was great.
This looks so amazing, the expo looks like heaven. Great to see people out being able to enjoy the social side of retro games again. Keep rockin'! :)
It was a pleasure to meet you. Thanks for checking out my products.
It was great getting to meet you in person man! Glad you enjoyed your visit to my home state :)
