    Did you go in the morning? I read that most shops open at 12pm

      Sorry for the late reply - I was on a trip.
      We went to Nakano Broadway at 3 pm! So it was weird seeing some places closed. Perhaps it was the result of the Covid restrictions? And you're right about the opening of shops - apparently, the best time to come here is between 12 pm to 7 pm.
