Lucent Echoes... Is it good?

Hey this video isn't really a in depth guide on how to pick between them as you could go on for hours about the differences and how one is better than another. This is more meant to be a quick idea of how the two sets can be used.
Lucent Echoes is a great set though has some issues finding a place in groups due to it fighting with established comps. Most of the time EC is still going to be used because Lucent doesn't provide enough benefit vs how easy it is for good group to keep up EC.
The main point I wanted to make in this video was actually for pug groups as the crit damage in pug groups is almost always terrible. Lucent makes pugs better due to it having no real downside and no maintenance to deal with it.

Stuff is being worked on lol idk running harder content takes a bit. I wanna start doing something funny but it's hard to get people to agree to waste that amount of time to do something no one wants to actually do.
