Beast Mastery should not be about summoning a bunch of pets from thin air. It should be about beefing up your one or two pets to cleave down mobs like monsters. They should grow in size, pounce, jump, use animations from druid forms-just spawning more beasts from nowhere is stupid and boring.
For Balance druid just make the talent Orbital Strike apply all your dots. You can instantly go into your burst and removes alot of the ramp up needed.

i usually play mages in any game i play, but mages in wow have never really been appealing to me, and shaman with their lightning and storm dmg is Blizzard one of the most hated classes it feels like, but im glad they got a lot of love in TWW

I adore Augmentation because I get exhausted with healing sometimes and I'm not always up to dpsing and maintaining a certain number to be relevant. I can work with keeping up a buff for my party :)
I think more specs should have a support tree to have to worry as much about numbers and be relevant. Like....Affliction with debuffs on enemies, shamans with totems, a cavalier paladin/warrior, maybe now introduce bards.
for the affliction about minutes 6:28 there are ways to loop the agonies that way you don't have to keep applying them. just got to change a couple of spells in your rotation to do so.
Even if you could it's still an overall moot point when there's other casters who can either extend them and/or apply them before they fall off. NO REASON for Aff to still be this clunky as thee defacto dot spec.
I think Balance would be 1000x more interesting to play even if they just made wrath/starfire/starsurge/dots increase the duration of your eclipse, similar to the original voidform gameplay. making the eclipse stronger over time would be cool too.
Tip for Devastation that is going under the radar. The tooltip for Anamosity says Dragonrage caps at 20 seconds, but it can actually extend to 25 seconds if you use Tip The Scales with one of the empowered spells. For whatever reason, a Tip The Scales empowered spell is treated different. Pretty sure this will be patched but feel free to use this power while you can.
They added a talent on affliction that makes agony refreshes do an explosion of damage, it’s not super strong but I think it reinforces the class fantasy strongly
It would be so cool if Hunter pets looked bigger for the Hunter, but for everyone else they were small so they don't get in the way (and have it look like they are just auto-attacking for everyone except the Hunter).
I enjoy SP rotation and find it's single target a lot of fun but I really can't stand the AOE side. Feels weird to just tab target dots and do the same single target rotation. It's missing an AOE spender to me.

Excited for Diabloist Demo, it seems like it will still have a good damage profile for M+. If Aff is just too good not to play then the agony gap will be unfortunate.
Glad this came over my feed. Ive beeb playing BM since late 04 and still to this day its my favorite way to play wow. I totally agree we need more pets and bigger pets. I somehow feel call of the wild and dire beast is just not enough. Still being 100% mobile at range is the best. I did get an arcane mage to 70 using the prepatch event and honestly i wanted to like it so bad but i just dont vibe with it. Feels clunky and boring but it could just mean i dont know how to play it properly. I did have a blast leveling and playing a shadow priest and a demo lock also. Im hoping to alt play one of those after lving my hunter
It honestly baffles me how the devs have missed so many opportunities for class fantasy thematic hero talents. A few are amazing i.e lock, DK but the rest and a prime example being hunter, rogue….how has someone looked at this as a “finished” product before release and gone yeah those hero talents are great. Key word here being HERO….if they’re just gonna be more passives don’t include hero talents at all. Visual feedback/talents fitting class fantasy is super important to players.
As a Shadow Priest main since WoD, I prefer Archon tbh. Voidweaver looks amazing sure but the gameplay has some really bad interactions like incentivizing NOT pressing Mind Blast on cooldwon, leading to a really weird 30sec CD window that you are putting all your eggs into. But not in a good fun way, the strength of shadow is the smoothness and consistency feel. Voidweaver takes that and throws it in the bin. Hopin that tree gets some reworks at some point in TWW
I highly disagree with removal of Siphon Life being a win for Aff. It's one of the most iconic abilities in the history of the spec and making it passive now is just as much of a mistake as it was back in 3.1. The issue has never been with SL per se. The issue was that Blizzard has consistently lowered DoT duration over the years meaning you were refreshing them more often, while also adding a bunch of other things to Affliction like giving them a spender and multiple short cooldowns. All of which combined made applying SL annoying because you were constantly juggling multiple other issues and had barely any GCD to spare. On top of that, it gave us another DoT for Malefic Rapture to scale with, which gave additional differences in how the spec felt with and without the spell. Now you have "Your Corruption deals 20% extra damage and gives laughable self-heal" and "Your Corruption deals 15% damage and you apply it once". That's barely any difference at all and the extra 5% are barely worth it the extra GCDs you spend on reapplying it throughout the fight. And while reversal of the shortening of DoT duration that went on for multiple expansions would have been unlikely, they could have made it so that Corruption also applied Siphon Life for both the overall feel and spec identity, as well as for the sake of extra scaling of Malefic Rapture I mentioned above. It's not even unprecedented, multiple DoT specs now have "your first DoT applies another DoT". And while for example Shadow Priests applies SW:P with Vampiric Touch when SW:P continues to exist separately in their spell book if they so wish to cast it, Unholy DK's Superstrain talent does create a precedent of the extra passively applied DoTs coming from outside of your spec's spellbook.
mine is a high mountain I really wish it was zandalari instead… not that it matters, I guess a huge Tauren is kind of cool, I pretty much power levelled mine and geared with pre event gear, never really played shaman hope it makes sense when to click what

Best way to fix the Augmentation issue is to add more specs fitting that role overall, But Blizzard put themselves into a corner here and someone will be upset with any choice. if you remove Aug you'll upset everyone who enjoys the spec and mains it. Same goes if blizzards nerfs it into irrelevance. if you add more support specs you've changed the M+ meta to 1 heal, 1 tank, 1 supp, and 2 dps. Which will make dps players upset since they'll have longer wait times. The Two choices they have. revert the spec and go back to how the game was pre 10.2.5. Or add more supp specs into the game and tell everyone who is upset to adapt or leave. Or remake Augmentation into a tank spec and let me slap on a shield. Would still piss off Aug mains though. TLDR: I want to play Devastation and can't because everyone wants an Aug.
I'm not sure what it is but I find every ranged DPS iv tested out feel kinda bad compared to melee classes. I mained a demo lock all of DF and had a SP alt but both are getting parked.

Hmm Arcane is no longer hard at all, it's possibly one of the simplest ranged specs, bit of a ranged Fury simply pressing 3-4 buttons and hit the procs when they're up. Very few buttons & quite straight forward, Frost & Fire definitely more complex these days Id say. Side note, its single target damage needs to be nerfed a little, its head and shoulders above everything else right now at top gear sims on ST, can't go live as is for raid or people are just gonna stack 4-5 mages so keep an eye on their tuning

I think your opinion might be in the minority but i'm glad you enjoy it. To me, it just looks too frail and cute - about the furthest from "badass" i can think of. Plus, with very limited transmog options, they all look very very similar. Not a lot of unique expression among the dracthyr :(

Living bomb was nerfed into the ground. Its useless now and no one is running it. Fire mage is in a pretty bad spot but will get buffed...hopefully

Eh, I think people are STILL sick of them from when they were best Aoe, Cleave and ST damage in shadowlands lol. I think they'll get some attention sometime soon :)
None. Just make a paladin and skate through the game without any skills like most of the paladins do.
