Was messing around with a similar build today, but running the amulet that gives +15% damage +10% crit chance while you have a shield and the ring that gives you a 10% shield when you use 75% of your magazine (so, every shot, since it's a bow). The crit chance gets ridiculous
@@vioanderswelt6498 you can also run the Difference Engine amulet to get a 20% flat damage buff and 1.5% lifesteal on shields being active instead of the crit from Energy Diverter. This might be preferable if you're not speccing into crit elsewhere and need even more sustain on top of the shields you are getting by reloading from Tightly Wound Coil.
FYI bc I haven't seen others mention this: if you wear faerin's ring (weak/crit dmg generates mod power) you will actually generate the mod while the mod is active and can easily maintain permanent uptime. Give it a try!

Look at the time to kill while using this thing. It is not busted it is just giving you pretty really big numbers slowly instead of 200 faster than you can read them. For trash mobs it's the fastest Time to Kill. For bosses you are a rolling pot shotting snail.
This weapon is so fun to play, i use Archers crest,faerins sigil,zanias malice,tight woung coil, and energy diverter for amulent, almost 100% up time on cresent moon bow mod, for bosses with no weak spot swap zanias malice for burden of the gambler, and enigma for my handgun
Invader hunter works amazing with the bow because of wormholes 300% dmg bonus, make invader primary arch so when you wormhole dash you leave a decoy and do a quick spin crit hit for massive damage

That's not burst DPS that's one shot DPS. By the way it sucks compared to any of the automatic rifles 3:01 prolonged DPS or actual burst DPS with mods. The bow is great though for a One-Shot roller playstyle. But so are the single-shot rifles and sniper rifles. If you like to take a shot and roll take a shot and roll take a shot in a roll. These are the weapons for you. But if you take more risks and like the use of autos. You can melt bosses much faster. Bows are the best at trash mobbing though. The right setup will one shot anything--but a boss or an elite.

I had a question about using gold ribbon instead, increases all mod damage by 25 % and grants haste. Wouldn’t that be better for this bow since the mod damage is the bread and butter for it? I’ve been using it with a hot shot smg in between bow rounds since there’s a ring that generates mod power through elemental damage making so you can swap back and forth and have unlimited moon shots. Genuinely curious

hello thanks for the build i have been liking it so far, but can i ask how did you get the red relic fragment for weakspot damage, i have all archtypes level 10 expect 1 at 8 and went on the hardest difficulty and used about 1k relic dust on the red fragments from the merchant but all i get now is relic dust and i still dont have the weakspot damage relic fragment please help and thanks.
too much work unfortunately to replay entire campaign for final boss fight everytime I make a build :/ can't reroll root earth like other worlds. wish there was just a boss select option cuz final boss is probably the most fun boss fight I've ever had in a videogame

if you wanna look cool in the early game, then deluxe edition cuz of the free armor sets (can get them at endgame later if you buy standard). if you wanna save money in the long run, then ultimate edition cuz you get all the dlc's for free
Do you feel hunter’s weakspot hit extend the duration of skill mechanic is too op paired with shroud? It’s incredibly fun don’t get me wrong I’m running a shroud double barrel build it’s so much fun but I feel it’s a bit op comparing. It’s just so much damage and super safe.
honestly there's much more op builds out there. as long as you're having fun and enjoying the build, then don't worry about it being op. u still have to worry about dodging boss mechanics or else u get one shot, unlike certain cheese builds where u pretty much can't die xD

For non-weakspot bosses/mobs, you can use Burden of the Gambler ring, which disables weakspots but increases crit chance and dmg. combine that with flat dmg increase rings and you have a build with near 100% crit chance and high dmg. i'll release this build once invader dmg is fixed as itll be best with something like invader/gunslinger or gunslinger/invader. also working on a light melee build that is also dependent on invader being fixed...

Since burden of the gambler’s ring disables weakspots does that mean u wont be able to proc ur hunter skill’s to extend the duration of shroud? Or does dealing crits always extends the duration of shroud?
Here lies proof that the nightfall isn’t as overpowered as people like to claim. I see video after video after video of people such as yourself, steam rolling the entire game with bows and snipers and a whole plethora of other shit.
I think the main problem is the ring that let's u regenerate mod power while in use. main reason why nightfall is strong but I think this bow will be even stronger with it

This is a nice build, a lot of Nightfall builds kept on top of the algorithm. It's good to see some alternatives on here.

Nice moved to the Moonbow, should look at using the full moon circlet amulet, for the constant 20% dmg and good lifesteal if not full.
