Great info.. would Thermal assist in discovering 'flaws' and be of value as a deliverable?
Depends on the application! We typically see visual cameras being employed to check antennas angles. Similarly, if the application requires a heat signature to understand if the cell tower component is working correctly, then thermal cameras can be a great choice! It's all about using the right tool for the right job. Good luck!

1- what do recommend me to get as my first certification?? Infrared Thermography , gas thermography or general inspection, etc?
2 - which software I should study??

1 - It depends on what your clients are looking for, what you would most enjoy doing and where you can add most value from your past experience!
