I have a question Shannon... How do you make a call with Google Meet when you want to call someone from your PC? I used to use it when it was called Duo... but i just don't understand how to use it on my pc now that its called Google Meet. Can you direct call someone using Google Meet?

Is that really you Shannon or have you been hijacked by AI and replaced by a robot ? You forgot to mention potential security implications of this service. Is it even encrypted ?
Allegedly yes, by default, and can't be turned off.
Will be interesting to see what will happen to it in UK if the government implements the banning of encrypted communications.@@TheButterZone

It is dumb AF that you have to force your friends to download such a user unfriendly app!! Should have kept the duo click and call feature. Who TF wants to wait for their friend to find a text to approve a meeting?? I will be using another app.
