I wonder if any of the villages spec homes in your model are available with those nice counters and backsplash, when originally built.
It seems such a waste to have to rip out such a nice counter. In my area, a charity called “Restore-It” accepts donations of new / gently used building materials. I’d guess some villages homeowner would love to use & install the counter you removed.
I need to find your video on the bird cage.

Many of the nice spec homes have these installed already especially when people have them custom built. I wondered about the X countertop that we had removed but they don’t donate it. At least that company didn’t thank you for watching.
