This DIY free pattern for the Mona Skirt is easy to make, and there is no zipper! It features a full swinging skirt with a pretty ruffle, as well as snap and hook and eye closures. You can also sew on fabric buttons at the end. In Part 3 of this free sewing tutorial, you’ll learn how to how to sew the garment.
