YES!!!! THANK YOU. I know i wouldn't be the only one hoping that you create a detailed how-to install. Specifically the three mounting points and the additional rubber bumpers.
Dude I swear I was just looking at this wing online a minute ago then saw this video pop up in my sub box. Hope the installation goes good, keep it up man.
I have the tamon rep wing on MY04, but I've always wanted a CR wing but held off due to the work going into getting a CR trunk and or adding reinforcement to prevent trunk warp. Good info here. Tempting! Edit: Also funny looking into your garage. My fiancee also has a black NB1 :)
Can't wait to see the installation and final look. Wish i knew about the EOS wing before I bought my Seibon one, which I'm actually in process of installing right now. I actually bought a separate carbon fiber trunk so I wouldn't have to mess up my original trunk. I would say the stands on the EOS wing look better as they're very similar to the original CR stands, while the Seibon stands are carbon fiber over fiber glass (very solid from what i could tell) but certainly mounts a bit differently (doesn't have the studs poking down from the stand (requires bolts to be screwed up from underneath the trunk instead). The other difference is the EOS wing seems less sturdy as you pointed out it's a bit squshy, while the Seibon wing is very solid (carbon fiber over fiber glass i think), but also the way the Seibon wing mounts to the stands is more ugly because it has bolts that screws up from underneath and shows (not hidden like on the CR wing or the EOS wing). The carbon trunk is A LOT lighter, but as I'm paranoid about the downforce pressure on the trunk, I'm currently reinforcing the underside of the trunk with some additional carbon fiber pieces from eBay. Looks like it's going to be pretty sturdy so far, but we'll see! 👍
It held up fine on track last year. Been at 120+ many times during the events. I haven’t really noticed any flexing issues, it doesn’t really produce downforce, just reduces lift. It’s definitely noticeable
I have an oem ap1 front lip on my car. It was off the car for some events last year for repair work and repainting. I do however plan to get an extra one from bayson R and compare quality / differences

Yes sir! All of that coming up!

All the filming is done, just need to edit and upload part 2 & 3. Stay tuned!

Nice Nick, can't wait to see how it turns out.
Thanks bro! Stay tuned!
Very nice and HUGE saving :)
How has the wing held up? Is there any flex under load? And how bad is it?

You getting the rep front lip as well?

@@NAUS2K great can't wait see how it turns out! With CR prices being insane nice know we can still look like one for $460 shipped 😆
Oh my bad, you meant CR front lip. Nope that is not in my plans, I was referring to the AP1 front lip. I plan to keep the ap1 front end on my car
@@NAUS2K keep the uploads coming 👍
First I guess
