The aircraft wouldn't have mattered to much. 1st or 2nd gen jets vs Defyn in a 4th gen.. just watch his videos and you'll see what I mean. He is really really good.
He was sure missing a lot of cannon shots though..

Defyns smart. The more he can take out with his missiles the less he will have to deal with in a dogfight. It feels up space to not get 3rd partied while also loosing the weight of the missiles

I missed Defyn’s narration as he smoked those planes. Give the man a flying carpet with 4 missiles, and a cannon and he’s wipes the floor with the 262s
Well killing WW2 jets with a 4th gen jet with missles is not a big deal , he just outclimb and outrun them easy .

The tactics of the WW2 side was good, make him run out of Missiles and then go in for guns. If the A model was realistic. They can put the F-14 into compressor stalls.

Combat suggestion, how about a battle based on the Russian movie T-34, there are two battles that can be simulated, one based on the first battle of the movie in which a Russian tank faces a column of German tanks, and another on the final battle where a T-34 faces 4 German tanks.
Still waiting for the day we can see the F-15 or F22 in the game. My 2 favourite jets. Would love to see a those Jets VS Ww2 era planes or maybe early jet era if they ever release those planes.

mayb there would have been more of a chance for the flock of pretty ducklings if they somewhat stuck together (i.e. in pairs) + understood that rockets can be used as makeshift flares (done it myself with standard mig17, works surprisingly well)
and quadruple the number, he won vs 8 players at the same BR and even uptier. This is no problem for the man Defyn

For my combat suggestion, can you make the Chieftain Mk.3, Mk. 5 and Mk. 10, Vickers Mk. 1 and Mk. 3 vs German WW2 tanks round 1, and then Japanese WW2 Tanks on round 2?
I think it would have been a lot more interesting to go unlimited ammo and only guns. Even without missiles, the F-14 still has an entire world of advantage over the poor 262...

Well , that's like one 262 vs 10 biplanes . They had no chance at all , better turn off that markers so you can hide and take a 262 with rocket boosters . I don't know why air RB has markers like arcade , would make battles way more realsitic .

Probably meant the prototypes or at least before mass production and going into service.

So it could mean that thing I guess? I honestly don't know if he had some errors in how he delivered that sentence or whatever his information was, hence I can't tell unless we ask him.
