Real life mysteries and detectives. Amazing series, kudos to the DIA.

He makes the classic point...it is still lovely and can be enjoyed.....
I have many replica statues taken from originals and enjoy them as I can't afford the original museum piece.

A shallow comment. Your attention is in the wrong place

Google: Head of a King, 38.180!!! Two exact limestone "heads". Both Drilled and Tested. One "Burgundian Torunien Limestone" and One "Parisian Lutetian Limestone". One in a private collection. One in a museum. What about that???

Despite appearances, this is not actually a hot Spanish movie star, but Salvador Salort-Pons, filmed a few years before he became director of the museum.
This raises the aesthetic question: Is Salvador Salort-Pons still as hot when one learns that he is not an actual Spanish movie star, as he is when one assumes that he is an actual Spanish movie star? For me, the answer is a clear affirmative. Though Walter Benjamin might resist, I believe that Plato would agree with me--with great enthusiasm.

Content is interesting. Music seems too loud and too figural. The curator has a soft voice that almost gets drowned. I would recommend music only in the lead-ins and take-outs. Hope this is helpful.
