That ERTL Mario playset is not forgotten. It is seemingly non-existent! I have never seen it in real life and it is never on ebay. I have most of those figures. Not that though or the police car. And that movie is actually beloved cult classic. I just got the 4k 30th anniversary bluray with tons of bonus features including restored workprint (a longer version of the movie) and lots more!
If makes you feel Any better I decided to try a create a new holiday to honor an old wrestler. I recently become obsessed with Captain Lou Albano tomorrow will be Captain Lou Albano day . The things you can do celebrate will be on the community page on my channel. The main things Are 1. Watch a movie , cartoon or tv show with Captain Lou Albano in it . 2. Eat pasta or pizza for lunch these are the foods I associate most with him . 3. Play with captain Lou Albano action figure or play some super Mario’s video game . You can just one of these you don’t need to do all three it’s just a fun random idea I had for while .
An odd one, what about watching Cindy Lauper vid that had Captain Lou in it as her “father” maybe? Also wearing rubber bands for the day, didn’t he have some attached to his face? Been awhile since I thought Captain Lou.

I’d like to see a Biker Mice/ Swat Kats crossover someday. Throw in the Street Sharks too I guess.
The Mario Brothers movie is fun gonzo experience.
I know the Pain of the Loss of a beloved Hat! *holds up lighter in respect* And yes. The Biker Mice did actually hang out in a scoreboard in the show.
