Based on your experience, would you say daily emails is what the majority of them need the most? I believe you're targeting the e-learning niche as well, so your advice would be very helpful. Drop servicing. I’ve been in all 3. Dropshipping requires much more of an upfront investment to get started, and affiliate marketing takes a lot longer in my experience to get ramped up. With drop servicing you can get going with your first client within 1-2 months from scratch.

@@SeanAnthony1 Leads of course. But I'm not sure if I should be focusing of Facebook ads or SEO. Would it be too much to offer both and do different packages?
@@SeanAnthony1 Thanks. that was my instinct too, I just know they are also more expensive to run vs. SEO and I'm not sure if real estate agents will want to spend much money for leads right now...at lest until this blows over. Could be wrong though As far as my interests I'm torn between real estate in some capacity and gym owners. Neither made your list and I want this to work. Any other recommendations?

Don’t force a service on a market. Start with the market first, figure out what they need and what would be best, and offer that.
