What a wonderful history of Peter's life and work. Ben said that he was intimidated by the prospect of meeting the great director but saw quickly how human and accessible he was. That comes through in all of the podcasts. Thank you for giving us access to Peter's world, past and present.

Peter, I moved from Poughkeepsie to a small East Texas Town, three years prior to TLPS. I have visited Archer City a couple of times. Also, friend of the late narrator of "Picture This"...so I own a copy. The podcasts were deeply enjoyable for me.

I came here to listen to the comments of a legend. But it was so much more important to find out how many women worked on the production.
Far too short for so much that could have been asked and answered.
Maybe Peter didn't want to talk anymore about those heady days with Dorothy, but it's a moment in time that hearing more on his life experience immediately after her tragic end would have been so helpful to those of us who have greatly loved and terribly lost.
Regardless, thank you TCM for offering another chance to spend more time with Peter.

I saw something he asked the interviewer not to ask because he was afraid he would cry.
"Last Picture Show" still one of the best films of all time, and I also love "Paper Moon" "Targets" etc..."Mask" of course. I still look forward to enjoying more of Mr Bogdanovich's films!

I thought it would be longer!! Or at least have more questions.. like you could have ask a few questions and he could pick which one he want to answer. Idk. But I LOVE TCM!!! Thank you all so much for existing!! I truly feel like TCM has saved my life!!
Maybe TCM could make a mini-series using Peter’s documentary interviews of directors, interviews with Peter, and showing the films the talk about? His audio interview are wonderful. I am sure TCM can find a way to play more of the extened conversations?

That was nice. And over quickly. Peter is a cool dude and very smart and knowledgeable too. Impressive man to listen to as he discusses his films and other movies as well.
I am so glad I have TCM. Most of the movies I've already seen back in the 50s, 60s and 70s when the networks ran late night movies. The movie commentary is invaluable in understanding how things were when the films were made.
This was so much fun to be apart of ! I wish they could answer some more of the questions. It was so exciting to experience this with a great group of people. Miss you guys lol
