I'm so happy to see Janina talk about Kiran. I feel like she REALLY understands the story of this game and understand what the FBC is. Then I continue to watch the video and see that she's a fan of Remedy and it all makes sense. I'm so happy for her to land this role, I love Kiran and hope to see more of her maybe in Control 2.

I just finished Alan Wake II Final Draft last night. I can't say how much the Remedy Universe, and specifically Alan Wake 2, mean to me. Remedy has made not only one of my favorite wild and weird interconnected universe, it also has told one of the most beautifully written stories about depression I've ever seen. As an artist and a writer who has struggled with their own addictions, anxieties, fears, and creative block, Alan Wake 2 is a special game for me. I can't wait for Control 2, and I hope to see Kiran Estevez "Return".
I love when the people who work on the project are also huge fans of the project. Both Janina and Kiran are excellent additions to Remedy and the narrative universe of the RCU.
Between the main game and the Lake House I want to see more of Kiran Estevez. I want to see how Estevez and Jesse Faden interact. She hasn’t met the new director yet given the lockdown at The Oldest House still being in effect. I think that Jesse still needs a Head of Investigations. Maybe her injuries from Alan Wake II pull her out of the field, and she’s able to use her experiences to make a great Head of Investigations.
Least I expect are some audiologs in FBC Firebreak by Estevez. Since „The Old House has gone dark“, she probably won’t be there. But Remedy have gone back to their actor collaborators since Max Payne and the interview makes it look like a healthy creative relationship
I love how they just went and uploaded the video instead of reshooting it for when Sam felt better. I hope he fells better after almost a year after :p

Enjoyed Gavankar's appearances in everything back to Sleepy Hollow, and even Battlefront. Glad to see her getting much more interesting character here. Estevez and Faden need to have a sit down during Control 2 where they both go on at length about how messed up and stupid all this supernatural stuff is. Oh and with Emily Pope randomly bursting in screaming, "MORE TESTS!"
I was so excited to see her in Alan Wake, she's absolutely one of my favorite actors in gaming. Can't wait to see the continued adventures of Agent Kiran Estevez!

Remedy stated that Control 2 is one of their most ambitious titles to date. I'm expecting it to blow the original out of the water and surpass AW2 as well. I couldn't be more excited!
I'd enjoy a "low-level" FBC agent game, with Estevez as the lead. It was nice playing the Lake House DLC with a character who wasn't superpowered but also had a decent grasp at what was going on, giving her a nice perspective to the supernatural nonsense.
I just love her contagious passion, the way in the end she is excited to look for the connections in the Remedy Universe and even imagines it for a moment!
Definitely hoping that Agent Estevez scores some cool superpowers and we get to play as her again in Control 2. Love Janina Gavankar, she's always such a sweetheart who gives it her all.
Janina was pulling a great Solo in Lake House. Refreshing to watch a Professional, Non-Parautilitarian standing against the dark presence and all the awful stuff in the facility.
Estevez and Casey discussing wife troubles must have been one of the funniest, most relaxing moments in AW2 in all the craziness happening. Would love seeing a cameo of Sam Lake and Dale Cooper talking over a dinner table about what a "damn fine cup of coffee" should be like :))
Yeah she can be very good with an actual good writing team behind her. Then again they also did her very dirty with that bait n switch story Trailer where EA sold an "Imperial Campaign" and did a 180 after Mission 2

I just played the first three or so hours of The Lake House. It's so scary. Janina is a great actress, awesome choice to let us play as Estevez. Also the writer in the cell is so well acted it kind of blew me away.
I think that acting for videogames or motion capture if you will is very different she might be one of the best videogame actors. I think that her dialog in Lake House was really organic I it felt right given she was tier 1 agent for the FBC. Where Saga and Alan commented in narative voice she was expresing her emotion out loud which was awesome I think. Few times I had exactly the same reaction to the gameworld as she did. Anyway I hope we are going to see more of her in future remedy games.
RIP, i will always follow and promote the great work you all put your whole beings into, its not unnoticed. Extremely sad we probably wont get that dlc focused around casey but look forward to the future of remedy.

I hope remedy can stay alive in our current climate with the game’s industry. If we lose them we’ll never get another developer studio like them. There are too many people that don’t appreciate their games.
Janina's passion and enthusiasm for the Remedyverse is so refreshing. I wasn't aware she was so involved in the back-end of production. It makes me feel better about what's to come from the next core titles. I'm still a bit wary of how Firebreak will fit into the tone of the Remedyverse, but I'm exited nonetheless, and will give it an honest go when it's available.
It would be awesome to have a game starring Agent Estevez! We got experience playing as the Director of the FBC, parautlitarians, and FBI agents. I would like the play as Estevez leading my own team, being able to decide their weapons, abilities, and traits. It would so so cool to get and AWE alert at HQ and have to activate your team and the choices you make durning the event having consequences.
If they interview Shawn Ashmore and Courtney Hope I hope they have them do the interview together instead of separately, because of having still worked together here and there since Quantum Break I feel like they're friends
Lake House is amazing. Despite it being a short one, the overall care and details make it like a little gem worth absolutely the prise. Also I wanna point out that Lake House runs much better than the main game, did u get experianced how to optimize the levels or are they really small and light for the hardware? :D
