Hey friends, let me know what ideas were helpful to you in this vid! :) 🔥 Check out my NEW Desk Accessories video! th-cam.com/video/5KIVWZRUMlo/w-d-xo.html
Brilliant video! As a creator, this video was super helpful! Question that I didn’t see in the video. What lavaliere microphone do you prefer with your Wireless Go system?
I've noticed that recently there's a lot of "studio tour" videos on youtube and 99% of them you can tell they just wanna show off ... but this one was actually helpful, informative and useful.
Watching for a second time, Key Word... "PROUD", what you have achieved with this space is great and with now at 170K+ Subscribers, OH YEAH. I am 60yo and you young man have inspired me to become a better content-creator/TH-camr. RED is one of my Favrot colors too!
Thanks for pulling back the curtain. I love your style, now I can truly appreciate all the hard work you put in every video. Thanks for taking the time to put out quality instead of quantity.
This is my favorite video of yours so far. Super useful and honestly this video is the one that made me turn on all notifications from your channel. Amazing work dude
Everything about this video is incredibly helpful, Mike! Thank you so much for doing such an in-depth video about your setup and how you make your content. As a new creator, this type of video is invaluable! Keep up the amazing work 😍
Great video! I'm new to TH-cam creation but I know enough that I know this video was a lot of work! I love your set up. You mentioned this video was long but it didn't seem long because it was packed with info and always moving forward. Thank you for your energy 😊
Loved the setup! Cool to see someone using good but still somewhat affordable gear. Also, having a very tiny studio myself, I can relate to the complications of working with little space. For me, having a wallmount and an autopole was a life saver! :)
Hey Mike, I have an up and coming mountain bike review channel (6k subs) and I've watched this video multiple times. Love all the tips and showing every aspect of studio set up. I may not buy the exact product you recommend, but when I'm ready I'll click your link and then purchase!
Oh Man its Amazing.... You are so lucky . Your set up really extra ordinary and very expensive too. I just cant reach that level right now... hope may be in the future....Your supports requested. Thank you so much for showing me another height of the world. Even though bit jealous on you...ha...ha...
That overhead rig though. Loved this video Mike, I finally get to see your whole studio and how you create your fantastic videos which will help me on my journey. And that part at 4:06 is so cool!
Thanks for sharing your studio, and hacks with the boom, etc.... i'm still learning this youtube stuff...im a nurse and musician...all this other stuff is what I call collateral knowledge!!! Camera, settings, pics, thumbnails, video editing, scripting, etc, etc, etc. I create nursing topic related videos...lots of talking head type of stuff, but then I create lyric videos for my NURSING songs. One day I'd like to shoot actually music videos for my songs, with me as the singer/rapper, problem is, I'm the videographer!!! I liked and subscribed to your channel....good stuff...I like those pushes with the slider...new stuff for me to try!!!
Love the update/upgrade, ambiance and sleek look of your setup. You're always evolving and raising the bar; keep up the exceptional job!👍 Kudos & congrats🙌 again on hitting the 100k milestone and wishing you much success on all future goals, projects and endeavors.💯😎
@@thenman23 i ended up buying one should be here wednesday titan softweave its just hard to trust reviewers sometimes when they are afiliates you know?
I had nothing but trouble from Zoom field recorders, including the $200+ models. In fact, my first $200 Zoom made terrible noise in the recordings. I shipped it to the factory for a repair; they agreed it had a problem, "fixed" it and sent it back. The problem was better, but not resolved. We determined that a $15 no name lavalier plugged into a phone made a far better recording tha on the zoom. I since tried several of the approx $80 models, and found the recording quality even against $300 Sony and Audio technica lavaliers is inferior to almost any other method of recording. I threw away my Zoom recorders. I had slightly (only slightly) better luck with Tascam (5 different models). I've since determined that field recorders suck, and any other device (laptop, iPad, phone etc) will make a better recorder.
When using Mics + Recorders instead of a mic direct into your computer. How do you manage everything to start editing? Do you need to plug the recorders into your pc everytime you want to work with the mp3 files and sync with your video?
Hey Mike - REALLY informative vid. Enjoyed watching you walk through the equipment and the process. Lots of good ideas and tips, and some excellent pointers on a studio setup. 👍
At 17:26 did you have monitoring turned on and the delay messing you up? That's how I sound when the delay is 500ms or more, like I'm talking through molasses trying to keep up lol

Awesome setup! I want to try and make something similar when I move house later this year
First time viewer and I learned something - those wheels under the standing desk trick. Subscribed!
it's not the money that is stopping me, but the overwhelming feelings of looking at all these setups; so i end up stuck with a webcam
great video, loved this A LOT, WELL DONE
Very impressive setup, it became my favourite setup now. My dream to make it one day .
great explanation of everything you showed. Good stuff

Glad it was helpful my dude!
Great video! ☺️👍
Thanks Louis, glad you liked it and you're the first comment here! :)
hey, really
Loving the studio, but why not use the boom mic for your a-roll audio? Having it right outside of the frame should give you really good results.
This tripod ball head 4:57 is AMAZING!!! So simple and way more flexible. Can we buy this type of ball head stand alone?
WONDERFUL! Watched the whole video. Great info!!!
My man a hot shot youtuber now!! Congrats!!!
haha, still just a normal dude with a camera, thanks aaron!! :)
Thanks for showing your setup
you are so cool Mr. Mike. great that you have all this gear...

Now that youre not using a secret labs chair do you still recommend them?

Hey Mike, great in-depth video! Quick question, I love the large black desk mat you're using. Do you mind telling me where you got that?
