DVRST - Close Eyes (Elektron Model:Samples instrumental cover)

I got recently a 2nd hand Model:Samples and enjoyed learning it by recreating a long time favorite track :
• DVRST - Close Eyes
Despite its 64 steps limit, you are not stuck with 4 bars by adjusting the "duration" of each step a little bit like the Roland J-6 sequencer and using the "nudge" function. With the conditional trigs, you can easily program variations in a single pattern.
I only used the samples provided in the unit.

This was the first sequencer that blew my mind, so many possibilities.

I really like the Elektron sequencer ! The 64 steps limitations forced me to work differently in comparison with the Roland MC-101. I discovered that a lot can be done playing with the step duration , nudge and the conditional trigs. I have only scratched the sirface though ; i still have to try FILL, PRE and NEI. It is really powerfull !
