Aw yeah! I was gonna do it with Gecko OS codes but then I found you uploaded this. I did know the cutscene existed. That’s why I thought the morning one couldn’t be heard. (At first I thought the new day cutscene happens at 5 and that’s when the morning music started playing.)
Honestly it's just kinda odd the songs were left completely functional despite the circumstances for the player to have heard them is very situational and unlikely to normally happen on a normal play session

Was it you that uploaded the snowy late night theme? I remember someone (possibly you) uploading it because I requested it on another hourly video many years ago! This is fascinating stuff, I might add.
He only comes on certain sunny days in the city. The developers said he comes on the same days for everyone but I'm not sure that’s true- I've been trying to figure out how it works in the code but I haven’t had any luck yet. Just check the city every day between 9AM and 7PM and if it’s not raining or snowing there’s a chance of him being there.
The lighting late at night makes me nostalgic for some reason

probably its not that hard to make them and it rids of lack of immersion
