I'm not a great cook. It came out awesome! The flavor and the meat was perfect!!! What a great recipe. Better then my local Chinese restaurants, and we have some good ones. Thank you Natasha.

I made chicken stir fry last night !! Chicken tenders, garlic, onions, red peppers, ginger, Jalapenos, mushrooms and pineapple chunks with oyster sauce and rice. It turned out pretty tasty !! I used my electric wok. The worst part is cutting everything up. Your marinade looks great !! Great minds run alike !!

There's a baking soda trick known as velveting that's supposed to make beef strips super tender, but some cooks have complained of the soda taste lingering after rinsing and cooking the beef.
