- The video is only about easy techniques that involve braiding with simple strips of dough, no rolling, cutting or special shapes involved. Excuse any imperfections in the way my braids look, I used the same doughs over and over again, so they wouldn't cooperate after a while.

they go a little fast, I keep finding myself rewinding about 20 times to see how it's done.
Sorry, I've made it a little fast but you can use the speed setting to slow the video down and follow better. Some braids are harder to grasp so it might take a few times even in slow mode to memorize the pattern. Good luck!

interesting and quite usefull!
some of the shapes I didn't get, and some of the ones I really liked (and were easy) weren't shown done (at the end), for long enough.
but what is really missing is showing the shapes baked, or only risen: some shapes looked crooked or ugly, but I have enough experience to know that while rising, some of the shapes change and uneven parts, become more even...

Hi Lauren! I know what you mean but unfortunately I live alone, so baking and eating 25 loaves of bread will take forever (which is why nobody ever made such a video, I guess). However, I intend to make a video with bun shapes, probably much more than 25, these I can bake and eat as they are smaller in size - usually the same or almost the same shaping techniques can be applied to bread as well.

You can use any dough you wish, I used 2 different doughs for the purpose of this video, one is from wheat flour, the other is from corn flour.
