•2 large eggs [120 grams]
•3 tbsp honey [60 grams]
•2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
•1/2 cup + 2 tbsp lukewarm water [150 ml]
•3 tbsp olive oil [45 ml]
•3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
•3/4 tsp salt [5 grams]

Wonderful! I have a small tip for honey. Dip your clean finger in oil and smear the inside of the little honey bowl. Then add honey. When you pour honey into batter, it will come out smoothly and completely. Greetings from Ohio!

Ok Looks like mine when you pull it apart. Same ingredients. It will work. Ok I'll send this recipe to my little sister so she can make it because its measured in cups. She doesn't have a scale. It's not exact but it looks scrumptious.
Been shopping for the one Challah bread recipe that looked not only good but nutritious as well. I love using honey instead of sugar. Olive oil, you can't beat that. My only question is that since this is two loaves, is it ok to freeze one of the loaves to hold over for the next Shabbat? Or is that a no-no? hi, yes freezing the bread is possible. just make sure it is well wrapped , don't let the freezer air to go inside the bread.

A bit too much hydration. Took longer to bake than 25-30 minutes. Did not turn out light golden. Had to place parchment on top the last 15 to keep from over browning
