Good video but to me whats important is leak proof. I've always been using U by Kotex and I recently tried Tampax and I hated it. it kept leaking no matter the size. I think the shape didn't work for me. I'll just stick with my U by K or try another round shape tampons.
An ob/gyn physician will be the best person to ask that question. They can check hormone levels that regulate the reproductive system and examine you properly. I hope that helps. :)

Yeah, U by Kotex is my fav, actually just ordered some because I’m going on a weekend sleepover (2 nights) with my besties at a waterpark!

Trust in believe me you do not want a heavy bleeding to me your lucky cause I be struggling nothing holds me
You don't want a heavy flow with heavy you have to change pad more often and tampon more ofren
