Everyone does this. But it's a human body and human body expresses everything. Happiness, anger, sadness, devotion. Even he is expressing his happiness with h a folk dance. You haven't seen him how he expresses his devotion and you haven't seen one who sitting making Prasad (bhang) how does they expresses their happiness.
This video is not showing any human body expression. This is showing how our some sikh people doing against our sikh culture. Sikh life is discipline and warrior life where this kind of folk dances are not allowed.

@@vsdhillon7386 Shere Punjab called a Vaisha named Mora at his Darbar hence he was punished by Akali Phula Singh ji who however didn't punish him later. That was because he used to pay money to a Vaisha and called her at his Darbar. Not for dancing or seeing dance. Maharaja Ranjit Singh used to do many programs at time of Lohri and other festivals which included folk dance and folk songs
