Born and rised The in Valley... Miss you so much! I've been gone 18 year's Price of home's are nut's... You're all being push out! Good luck hang in there. Blessings to California ❤
I grew up at the border of Sylmar and Pacoima youll be fine now. It is getting gentrified and places are more affordable. They are also building a new studio, Sylmar Studios
Would you recommend to someone that REALLY doesn't like snakes to move in the Calabasas/Hidden Hills area ? How often residents of these communities see snakes in their property's yard ? Also What about the coyotes/Mountain lions issue ? Can pets and kids play safely in the backyard ?
hahah snakes are not a concern as you really wont see them but coyotes maybe every few months you'll run into one! Definitely still a safe environment for kids to play in the yard as there have not been any attacks to my knowledge
The SF valley is over populated now and overwhelmed with homeless people. I would like to build an area were black owned businesses can thrive and have affordable clean and safe housing for the undeserved.😢🎉
I agree! I graduated from Chatsworth which was a hub of filming porn. I also lived in Van Nuys and worked in Sherman Oaks which manufactured porn and supplied the talent agencies.
@@khristionlouvatin6874 Yo! Are you kidding me?! I wouldn't get involved in that shit no matter what it offered! A friend of mine worked behind the camera though. I've watched HBO docs about it. Also, if you grew up in the SFV it was common knowledge.
@@lisette2884to be fair, i think the main reason Bakersfield has so many thefts is because people from LA go there to steal cars then take them back to LA

Besides being the porn and stolen car capital of the world, everything you need to know is that you don't want to live there.
Wrong it's Bakersfield, CA and San Francisco. Car thefts.
@@lisette2884 Would you settle for the most in the greater LA metro? Still the smut capital for sure...And I know you're a Val.
