I have a 2006 525i. it has all the same features as yours but I have heated seats. it has the same engine N52 but the 528i I think has 15 more hp. I love mine and have had 0 problems with it. The N52 is one of the most reliable engines BMW made. I bought mine for $8000. they are great dailys
Just bought one for $900 but needs a lot of cosmetic repairs and transmission might need replace. Looking forward to fix it up and making it look clean again.😎

Was this car built in 2010 or 2009 and MY is 2010? It looks like it has CCC iDrive, 2010 should use CIC with HDD maps. Weird as yours certainly has the CIC controller and CCC system

3 Stage air intake upgrade; US E60 N52 were equipped with 2 stage. While being plug and play it requires software to tell the comp that it has more hardware there. I believe some kits may be available, the company remotely links to your car via your computer and cable to the cars OBD port

Definitely a nice car but you forgot to mention how expensive maintenance is once you hit the 90-100k mileage threshold. I bought my 528i 2009 in 2016 with 88k miles and its been a money pit. Spent thousands on repairs including two oil leaks (engine and transmission). Oh and now at 123k miles my Idrive system isnt working (doesnt load up). Thats gonna run me around 1k to replace it. Something important to think about.....

I have one at 135k only had a oil gasket leak and coolant so far. But preventative maintenance is important with German cars. Fix the problem before it becomes one.

I had an e60, make sure you PPI the car. Otherwise the e60 will be nightmare. Expect the front struts to go bad on them especially pre-LCI.
