You know a boss is tough when the walkthrough guide gets hit a couple of dozen times, nearly dies several times, takes ten minutes and goes througb most of his estus.
sifanddarkplay You’ve never played Monster Hunter, and it’s very obvious that you haven’t. There are monsters in MH that are far more aggressive and way faster than Kalameet. Tigrex, Nargacuga, Zinogre, and even Valstrax and Alatreon come to mind. Plus, with all the tools that MH gives you (whether it be Generations’ Hunters Arts or World’s mantles), Kalameet would be a pushover. He wouldn’t even be the hardest monster in whatever MH game he would appear in.
Manus is definitely tougher than Kalameet. Kalameet always makes me nervous, but I can usually beat him in only a few attempts. Manus is the kind of boss you pretty much HAVE to die to a few times to stand a chance.

Such magnificent quality.
Its like you order from Chinese Chef to Capture a duck and cook it lol
His bite attacks look suspiciously like the sulyvan beast's bites.
Dark souls should do a collaboration with monster hunter world and make kalameet a monster you can fight like the behemoth
Nobody could beat it monster hunter style
sifanddarkplay You’ve never played Monster Hunter, and it’s very obvious that you haven’t.
@@yaboi2500MHW is way easier if you're comparing at equal difficulty.
Alatreon or even Fatalis are way easier than ng+7 Kalameet
man I remember how I fought dis guy like 4 times, and still can't figure out how far that telekinetic shiet go
so its just to the side, dem
Can’t wait to do this all over again on PS4!!
For me, this was the hardest boss of the game, Manus only the second
I see a little silhouette of a Lord
Kalameet Kalameet will you do the fandango
Not the hardest boss ever, but cutting off his tail is a huge chore.
I cut off it’s head
The fight is easy with Hawkeye's help. Cutting its tail off though, that's a different story...
whos hawkeye is that gough
This and Artorias, best, hard and still fair fights in DS 1. That's how you make good bosses.
Still one of my favourite dragon in the franchise
7:13 you got so lucky here. in fact, this whole fight it doesn't seem like you're gonna win. impressive.
I'd like to see what stats you had for this
10 days.
I have no soul anymore.
I defeated this boss with only capra machete, grass shield, and without any armor. 😀
Nice!
How to get capra machete?
I'm actually quite Impressed with his boss battle videos using the lightning spear makes the fights a lot more hard and more enjoyable to watch.
Hands down hardest fight in dark souls
FlavoredRick Manus?
Nope, he was piece of cake
Manus is definitely tougher than Kalameet. Kalameet always makes me nervous, but I can usually beat him in only a few attempts. Manus is the kind of boss you pretty much HAVE to die to a few times to stand a chance.
Didn't know how to get Hawkeye to shoot him down even after being killed once by Kalameet????? Should've figured it out. Someday I'll make it to the DLC again. Also Manus is an attrition battled. Kindled up the Estus and just outlasted him
Except I beat both kalameet and manus first try
Side note: I was running a strength build at roughly SL 100
3:28 When you are in jail and drop the soap in front of the nigga dragon.
A Hard DLC Boss Fight That Took Me 2 Entire Days To Beat
Drops A Ring That Fucks You Up In 2X
7:09 Damn, that was BRUTAL
I just want his fucking tail goddammit
Tinkili just wait for his breath attacks
Galang K K I managed to get it. Took me 29 minutes in one fight. I wasn't quick enough to get around when he did the breath attacks. So I needed him to swoop down and tailsmash...
I'll always say it froms soft best work is always their dlcs
alduins long lost brother
*Dad
In Elden Ring they should include the boss "Bossslayer Boss Fight Database"
With that stamina and health bars that guy should be at least level 200... even easier using Havel’s set....
I’m pretty surprised that considering the homages to Kings Field with Seath the Scaleless and the moonlight sword, that Kalameet wasn’t named Guyra, he basically looks like him though.
Kalameet sounds more badass. Never knew Kalameet was in King’s Field though, thought it was just Seath.
This make Artorias look easy
Does his AI get better in NG+? It looks kalameet does a lot of standing around in this vid. I’m trying to beat him for my first time, and I’m currently in ng+ and he is constantly flying the air to do that fire ting
The best dragon from souls games.
Imo Kalameet and Sinh are on par for the best dragon battle. They fight very similarly too, ironically enough xD
Midir is also pretty cool despite the difficulty
You just almost won if you're able to cut his tail
I like that attack with his glowing red eye and this awfull sound....
Funny how people are like mad he did it with this build so they try to downplay it. Lol 😂 when it’s actually patience and skill that won this battle
dude got hit every single time, lol
I die in one hit when the dragon uses the "walk" move
fuck this game
well that ancient dragon (npc) in dark souls 2 is also a pain in the ass, not many ppl have defeated him, but the ones that did must be a hell of a fight...i did defeat him once with the help of 2 allies blessed with great sorcery....i never dare challenge him again...this kalameet is also a pain in the ass...midir is a nightmare...
The problem with the ancient Dragon in DS2 is that pretty much every attack is a kill and he has a lot of HP.
Y'all cheated shooting me out the sky.
lmao
Best 360 no scope ever
20 flasks bottle chugging baby boi, Lord Kal smacked you silly
Gwyn kill dragons using lightning spear.
This guy kill Kalameet using 64 hit spear with lightning.
Kalameet and Gwyn: Am i a joke to you?
Kalameet reminds me of Maleficent from Disney’s Sleeping Beauty
is that havel armor? and he still got that much damage? that's insane
wearing armor was his first mistake, using a shitty weapon his second lol literally beat him naked with a bkh+5
its like fighting a lion with a toothpick
