Lov your video and narration. Doing coastal and spiritual caring in September. May I kindly get recommendations for lodging that you particularity enjoyed? And what month of the year did you walk?
hi Chloe, just found your channel. Really enjoy this video, you are a great storyteller, great video editing too! I walked the Camino de Santiago Frances and plan on doing the Camino Portuguese next year, this was very informative.
Thanks so much for all the info. Would you mind add the names of the places where you stayed as well? I’m thinking of doing the last 100 kms of the Camino Portuguese in September, so that would help a lot (we are a couple in our 60s and this is our first Camino). Thank you.
No worries, we started in Porto and then stayed in the following towns: Labruge Rates Barcelos Ponte de Lima Rubiaes Valenca O’Porrino Arcade Pontevedra Armenteira Vilanova de Arousa Picarana Santiago de Compostela We started on the Coastal then cut to the Central at Vila de Conde and then did the Spiritual at the end 😊 I hope that helps!
The weather was really good, hot! Especially leaving Porto it was very warm until we got closer to Spain and then it got cooler but still sweating throughout the day. We were blessed with the weather, had a really good run so I think it’s a good time of year to do it 😊
alThank you so much!!! Going w/ my mum in May!
