CeX / webuy.com - Will Help People Rob You (Update 1)

This is the update to the first video.
I tried to sell my iPhone 4 to CeX / webuy.com and they allowed someone else to sign for my money without verifying ID or having the storage and testing receipt present. The signature was completely different from mine and again. I still have the receipt that I was supposed to bring to even be able to pick up my phone or my cash.
The sum total of what they owe me for compensation is 1 iPhone 4 or the $155 they originally agreed to pay me as soon as the store had funds.
This happened at the Portland, Maine USA location of CeX at 18 Exchange Street.
I will update as I receive news from webuy.com corporate and work towards a resolution. Court is the next stop on this escapade if they aren't able to compensate me for losing my phone.
