    Guys, thanks for your insights! Love the integration of PRI principles here. BTW do you take out all deadlifting and UB pulling exercises out of your programming with PEC guys?

      Short answer, no. We are influenced by PRI but it very rarely override our entire programming system. We use it as a tool to help teach people better positions and to reduce symptoms/ pain but are not soley driven by PRI

    Nice vid.
    What´s tricky is thay you explain the movement of the bar/shoulders to the opposite direction of the lifer in the video.
    Otherwise, great info!
