    THE SUBSTRATE
Prepping the surface of the countertops is easy. Most surfaces just need to be sanded (80-100 Grit) then wiped clean. Granite and Marble will need the sealer removed. Tile will need the grout lines filled with Bondo and sanded smooth before applying our Countertop Kits.
How To Plastic Off A Kitchen Prior To Install : • How To Plastic Off You...
How To Prep Countertops: • How To Prep Countertop...
    EPOXY PRIMER COAT
Priming the Countertops is simple and fast. Mix your pre-measured primer then dip and roll the pigmented primer across the surface until the countertop surface is completely covered. Wait 1 hr. (or until tacky and not coming off to the touch) and start applying the Base Coat.
    METALLIC EPOXY COAT
There are so many different applications for our metallic epoxy coat. In this video, we show you the dirty pour technique. When you place your order you'll receive step by step tutorial videos that will show you how to apply this part depending on the look you're going for!
    HIGH WEAR TOP COAT
We offer 2 different Performance Engineered Top Coats. Glaze Coat is our High Build Top Coat that lays out like glass and adds depth to the Countertop. The Urethane Top Coat comes with the option to have a High Gloss or Matte finish. It needs to be rolled out super thin and leaves a minor texture on the countertop. You apply it within 24 hrs. of installing your Countertop Kit
How To Apply WB Urethane Top Coat: • Learn How To Mix & App...
Leggari Countertop Kits were designed to transform your countertop, tabletop, or desktop into something new and beautiful by coating your existing countertop or pre-built wood countertop. They can be installed in 3 to 5 hrs. including the prep work, and will last for decades. If you can paint your countertops, you’re more than qualified to install a Leggari Countertop Kit. Our Countertop system is leading the resin industry for thickness, durability, and scratch resistance with our High Wear Top Coats.
Our Countertop Epoxy is specifically designed for counters and can be applied to any hard surface. It’s 100% Pure Solids using the finest raw materials that include proprietary additives for working time, thickness, flow and marbleization that are vital when achieving our Dynamic Effects. Our Countertop Epoxy is also a decorative, durable and chemically resistant coating, available with a High Gloss or Matte finish.

Love love love this!!! I'm looking to create something in this color range but this gives me so much information as to how to begin and complete the process! When's a good time to pull the tape off the back wall and should you leave the back wall tape up about 1/8" for the pooling? Thanks!!!

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

So glad this video inspired you! Our products are extremely versatile and come in a broad range of colors your can see here👉 leggari.com/order-countertops/ You'll want to pull the tape before the countertop is cured because it becomes very difficult to remove/cut out after. We always recommend taping about 1/8" inch up from the counter to allow for the epoxy, but each kit comes with in-depth installation videos so go check them out!

You would just skip the isopropyl alcohol and go straight to the denatured alcohol to pop any bubbles!

I saw at the beginning the colours poured on the counters and the resin mixed and poured on. I just didn't see the resin cover the entire counter . What time on the video was it?

I have a similar-sized kitchen. How much product are you using? 57 square foot kitchen. I want to do a clear flood coat over the top as the topcoat as well. How much epoxy would you recommend I buy?

So if I am understanding this correctly you are just poring over existing counter tops. But what if the existing countertops have a "lip" around the front edge or better yet what would I do if the countertops have a built in back splash? (Mine has both lol)

Well guys I think it was great well done video. I've got two three epoxy projects and they've all turned to shit. I really wanted badly to be able to do this and do it right. The first time anybody's ever said anything about denatured alcohol helping. I watch hundreds of hours of shit on this trying to get my stuff right. It's been a waste of money and a massive waste of time thanks for the good job you did on this video

I've used stonecoatcountertops stuff oh, I've tried totalboat oh, I've tried to stuff the Home Depot sales. I've also tried them all and deep pore and just the top coat. The first one I did was on a coffee table and its it was beautiful but it never really got hard and we set up play on placemats and it printed the stuff off the placemats right onto the the foxy was a great copy though
